The Bensons for Beds store had a great range of stock, and the sales assistant, Charmaine, was so helpful - I was particularly impressed with the bed device that could change the firmness of the mattress. I was shopping for a new mattress so this was very useful in gauging what I needed. Charmaine was also helpful with the admin associated with sale, explaining the delivery procedure and the benefits of the five year insurance cover. A positive experience.

from the moment i left the shop i was kept informed about the process and delivery date of my order, was also informed of my delivery time in plenty time and was phoned by the delivery men when to expect them all in all a very pleasant experience can’t fault anything.

Charmain and colleagues at Craigleith extremely helpful. No high pressure sales techniques or sales drivel as in certain other bed stores. Short lead time and choice of delivery date. Delivery during stated time slot. Assembly service used which was very quick, less than 1 hour from arrival to departure. Would recommend.

This would have been a five star review if it wasn't for all the faffing around required by the order process eg spend over this amount and get that reduction - buy that and get 50% off something else -buy this and something else is free - must do it by Tuesday (any old Tuesday presumably since there was no date). Just give me a straight price! And don't tell me it is to give the customer a better deal. I compared prices for comparable items over 3 bed shops and - surprise, surprise! -they were all within a whisker of each other.

I bought a bed and mattress from Bensons for Beds at Craigleith, Edinburgh on 23rd April 26. I am very happy with both products and the customer service I received was exceptional. Josh was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and he also gave me a discount which I didn't expect as my bed was already on offer! Thank you Bensons and Josh.

Josh was very helpful to me in the Craigleith, Edinburgh store. When my original plan didn't work out as I thought, he guided me to an alternative which was just as good (if not better). He was relaxed and friendly and not at all pushy. I left the store feeling that I had found the right bed and mattress for me.
