Great helpful staff at the Coventry branch who explained everything in detail with no hard sell.
Would of awarded 5 stars but the delivery cost for a headboard is extortionate.

Julia our sales assistant was friendly and did not pressure us.We decided on the bed we wanted and purchased it which was easy as she took us through the whole process without rushing.

We visited Benson Beds in coventry
We visited Benson Beds in coventry. We dealt with a gentleman called Intasar. He was fantastic. Superb disposition. Not pushy, but very informative, professional. Extremely smart appearance. Listened and let us have time to ourselves to have a further look around the showroom. We purchased a Super King matress and base. Would highly recommend this store, and Intasar.

Great service - over and above! I arrived with my son at the store just…
I arrived with my son at the store just as it was closing, we were going to return the following day but a chap came over and said he was happy to stay in store to help us - he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products - great service!
