Been there before, and we received good advice from Mo. Overall good, friendly and helpful experience in Bensons, Colindale.

Visited on Sunday 28th May and had a great experience in store with the staff (particularly Zeenat) providing excellent service throughout.
Ordered a number of products and was able to talk through the various options available with the staff.
First time I had ordered anything from Bensons, but will definitely become a repeat customer following this visit.

Zeenat and her manager @ Colindale branch are friendly staffs. Very knowledgeable to every brand mattress. Provide and advice me how to choose a mattress and bedframe. Very patient . Highly recommended!! Superb customer service.

Everytime we purchase from the company we always see David in colindale branch. He's always helpful and goes far and beyond when necessary.

Zeenat was fantastic, friendly, and very patient throughout our decision making process. The store had a great selection available, and were happy and quick to match competitor prices, whilst still providing their existing offer.

I had such an amazing customer service experience all thanks to Mo (Colindale Store). He did not rush me just to get a sale. Explained clearly about the different type of mattress’s and which ones were suitable for a particular type of bunk beds. Just want to say Thank you to Mo for his outstanding Sales Performance.

Was met by Mo he was very knowledgeable about the beds mattresses and wardrobes, we was only going in store to look but ended up buying a new bed and 2 wardrobes.. we never felt any pressure to buy at anytime..great service

I do not know the name of the person who served us but he was knowledgable and polite - hopefully you know who he is by the order - I came into the shop in the morning and was served by a different equally pleasant person who showed me round and explained all about the drawers and then i returned in the afternoon to complete the purchase - both assitants were very helpful

Sales person named Natalia was very good, helpful and really nice. Took me less than an hour to figure out the best bed I need. I’m not usually giving a review to any other company or previous purchases but with Natalia of Bensons for Beds Colindale was an exception. Good customer service indeed.

David at your Colindale branch was a knowledgeable and helpful salesman even when he was busy. I was able to choose exactly what I wanted. Hopefully the delivery will be as good as the sales team.
