Went back to Bensons as brought last bed from them 11 years ago and it's done us well. Base is still perfect, just brought a Hypnos mattress to replace the old one. Perfect experience from purchase to delivery! Would recommend.

Service as good as it gets
From walking into the store right through to delivery, I was treated with courtesy and respect. I felt my custom valued, which is not always so unfortunately. I was kept informed every step of the way. The Delivery was made easy and the guys could not have done more. As for my mattress I just wanna say aaaaaah bliss. Would recommend Bensons Beds for sure.

Simple and straightforward
Called in to local store knowing pretty much what we wanted although no longer available; staff provided options for very similar mattress and ordered replacement (with disposal of old one) in short time with clear explanation of process and mattress care.
Mattress delivered on due date and on time; the pair of delivery men were highly competent in manoeuvring both the old and new items in/out with care taken over shoe removal/covering when indoors.
