Bensons For Beds - Chippenham375 Anmeldelser

Excellent service. Very knowledgable lady who explained all the different options then gave us time to decide. Friendly and efficient

Warm but professional welcome on entering store. Good advice given, together with the very thorough explanation of properties of the various beds available. No rushing. No presures. Only advice, no up selling pressures. Good experience all round.

Helpful staff in store. Limited selection of mattresses for the 3-in-1 bed that we chose. (ie only one choice for the underbed). Delivery notifications and delivery drivers EXCELLENT. Minor issue with one box out of three delivered in wrong colour. Delivery staff returned to see if it was still on the van - No. Customer service excellent in arranging replacement part to be sent - although we had to chase and they had to arrange it again when the first replacement order "went missing". Able to use product (if we had wanted to) whilst awaiting replacement part. All good in the end.

We got a great deal, staff were friendly and helpful but there is a bit of a wait for delivery which we understand can't be helped however it is a little frustrating.

Helpful advice without any hard sell. Plenty of choice in the store at a reasonable price.

Jeff was very helpful and there were plenty of options available

Gary and Warren, Chippenham delivery. What a team! Excellent communication, polite, professional, efficient and cheerful. They provided fantastic customer service; this how it should be done. Brilliant!

Jeff was very helpful, efficient and friendly without being pushy for a sale.

Jeff was welcoming, very helpful and not in our faces or pressuring us for anything. He was great fun and happy to deal with us. The service we received was perfect - we brought two beds and a mattress and only went in for one bedframe. Very knowledgeable guy. We went into dreams next door first (Chippenham, Wiltshire Branch) and they were awful people and had next to no stock which was just as awful as the place.
So Benson for Beds - quality of products, extras and discounts available beat anyone else and Jeff was brilliant.
Absolutely will recommend.

Jeff was very friendly, helpful and informative, gave us multiple options, talked us through everything. Great customer service.

very friendly helpful chap

Great visit to Chippenham branch and thank you for your help guys.
Good price and quick delivery 👍

Many thanks to Jeff at Chippenham branch who was very helpful & gave us good advice - which helped in our decision to buy new beds from Benson's. Delighted & await our new beds being delivered.

Jeff, the sales assistant was very helpful, with no pressure to buy.
Offering great help on how to assemble the bed.
Great service.

Malcolm was friendly helpful and above all made me laugh.

Jeff was simply superb. No high pressure sales here, just great help and patience while we spent time lying around. We came away very pleased with the price for our new bed, and were amazed that when we got home and searched on the Internet that we could not find any company even close to the deal we got at Bensons. We had dreaded the task of buying a mattress but Jeff was able to guide us through the many options and simplify the process, and we’re very confident that we have made an informed and wise choice

Thank you to Mr Malcolm Bieber for his great service in helping us select a mattress and pillows. Excellent customer experience.

Great service. I was so pleased to be able to take my mattress away with me!
The person I delt with in store was so helpful and fun to be around. Helped make shopping for a mattress alone much less awkward that other places I’ve visited

Max was absolutely great second item purchased in a month. Staff both times seem to under a bit of pressure maybe one more member of staff in busy times.
