Love the new bed
Love the new bed. In store sales very good but did not communicate that old bed would need disassembling prior to collection. Delivery man quite rude stating he would not be taking my old bed away as he didn’t have room on the van. (The delivery/removal was a like for like product). I had paid for this service at time of ordering and the manner in which I was dismissed with the comment ‘you’ll just get a refund’ was quite rude. The second delivery man was more amenable and sorted the collection but the whole delivery experience was very uncomfortable.

Hello Catherine,
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry the delivery was uncomfortable. We'll address the communication gap regarding old bed disassembly and the delivery person's behaviour. We're looking into this to improve our service.
Thank you,
Megan at Bensons for Beds
Great service
Great service, explaining the different levels of firmness on the beds. The test to see which suited us best really helped to inform our decision on which mattress to buy. After nearly falling asleep a couple of times we picked a bed and mattress that suited our needs. Superb service.
