Delivery error.
Delivery team were professional and courteous. Wrong mattress was delivered. Bensons for Beds have been emailed, to notify them of the error. Hopefully will offer some sort of compensation, for the error on their part and the exchange to the correct mattress. Will be actioned quickly.

Once again it was time to get a new mattress for one of our other bedrooms so straight to Benson’s as we would not dream if looking anywhere else. As usual we were greeted with smiling faces which to me is very important and Liz who has helped us before was absolutely great. What we love about Benson’s is there is no pressure selling, no rushing Customer’s and knowing we have made the right choice when we leave the store. The 5 stars we have given are well deserved.

The delivery of a new mattress
The delivery of my new mattress for my spare room was quick an efficient. The two men took care in both removing the old mattress and installing the new one in a fairly small house. Many thanks.

Liked the bed so much I bought two!
They were extremely helpful; allowed us to see as much as we wanted and offered us a deal or two - so much so that we bought two, rather than one, beds (1 double and 1 King).
I’m just hoping that the delivery will be as good as promised by the staff.
