From ordering my beds in store to delivery, everything went very smoothly. Bensons staff were very informative and kept me in the loop regularly. The delivery team, Charlie and Eric, were outstanding and very efficient. Overall very pleased with my new beds and sleeping soundly.

Monju was great from the first phone call I made to enquire about beds to the final decision on which one to buy. Very passionate and knowledgeable about his job and he remembered me when we visited again to place the order.

The whole process for us was hassle free and they were very quick with all the assembly and disposing of packaging material. They were very cautious with moving the items to required room upstairs, not to cause any unwarranted scuffs. Overall very happy with the services provided by Charlie and Ricardo.
