Jon was very helpful without being overly so. There wasnt any problem with me trying different beds and mattresses and my friend also said he was great. Even though i changed my mind sometimes he let me have extra time and also made suggestions that were invaluable. It was overall a really good experience and i will recommend friends and family to visit Bensons.

Did not construct the bed .Just left us to unpack and construct it .As we are aged 91 an 88 we could not manage this .Fortunately a friend helped .But we are left with masses of plastic wrapping which has to be disposed of .On contacting their shop we were told we should have choen to pay for them to put the bed together .We were definitely not given this option or we would certainly have done so .

We had two visits to store in Camborne and both times we were helped by Jon and he made the shopping experience a delight. He was very welcoming and friendly. He had good knowledge of all the products and helpful advice to suit our needs.
