Very accomodating, great communication and smooth delivery. Staff both in store and the delivery team very polite. Delivery team were respectful of my property.

Very happy with the bed i bought.
Not happy about the way i was charged for delivery.
When asked about delivery charges was told £49.99.
Told them i would pick it up in store and was told it’s still £49.99 if i picked up from the store.

Everyone at Bensons from staff to delivery were knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond our expectations. We would happily buy from Bensons again. We love our new bed which looks great. The mattress is a joy to lie on and gives a great night sleep. The recommended pillow for side sleepers means no more shoulder pain.
