Great service not pushy really pleased with purchase.

The people, their knowledge and warmth was outstanding. Also the level of choice and price range.

Paul was very knowledgeable about the product I purchased and answered all my questions confidently. There is a longer wait than normal for delivery which I was advised of prior to placing my order so my expectations have been set.

From sale to delivery Bensons offered outstanding service, no questions unanswered and nothing was too much trouble. They weren’t pushy or suffocating in store but always on hand if we had any questions. Prices were the best in town (we had shipped around) but after visiting Bensons we ordered there and then. What went from shopping for bedside tables evolved into a new bed and mattress also as the value was too good to miss.
We have received delivery today and have to say the delivery team were as professional and accommodating as the store staff. No issues in getting everything up the winding stairs and had it done in no time. They were courteous and polite and a real credit to the Bensons team. (mark/Linv thanks again) it’s refreshing to have such a great service these days hence feeling compelled to leave a review. 100% recommend for price, service and great quality too. Thanks again.

I ordered my bed on the 26th of October in store. I was advised that my frame was out of stock so I could be waiting 6-8 weeks for delivery, which was fine as we were still decorating anyway.
I received a text and an email about 2 weeks after this stating that delivery will be made on 29th November! Even though the website said back in stock from 1st December.
My bed was delivered today as promised and within the 2 hour time window I was given and I also received a call with an eta which was also accurate.
I cannot fault Bensons. I am incredibly happy from start to finish. They have been given me so much contact in the run up to receiving my bed.
I also want to mention that I noticed my frame went down in price over the Black Friday period. I called them as I had no yet received it and they straight away offered to refund the difference without making me jump through hoops for it. Again just amazing and my bed has come immaculate and was so easy to put together.

I wasn't harrassed as I started to browse the store, so it felt comfortale to browse without being pounced on by sales people. The help I did receive was genuine and time taken, didn't feel rushed, they knew what they were doing and talking about and weren't just after selling me the most expensive item or pressuring me to purchase things I hadn't gone in to purchase. This was the Wolverhampton Branch. I can't speak for other stores.

We were invited to try out mattresses after I explained my priorities. I was given a quote and options to pay.I continued shopping and then returned to place my order.

Buying the mattress was easy, the advice in the showroom was excellent.
HOWEVER, I am so fed up with emails, one with our receipt fair enough. That wad followed up by an avalanche in my inbox. Several were very patronising, one in particular advising this old lady to make sure my purchase would fit where it was going. After living here for 56 years and this being the 7th bed to go up the stairs I believe I know what will fit. This is my first and last purchase I will make from Bensons. I am only filling in the survey now as I received yet another email this morning reminding me to fill it in.A process I was going to do once my new mattress was in situe. At the moment I regret the purchase due to the junk I have received via email. Just received yet another mail asking how Bensons have done, they are achieving nothing as I am NOT going to buy anything else. Yes, I can unsubscribe but have been told my time of delivery will be emailed to me, until then I presume I will continue to receive a deluge of unsolicited patronising junk mail.
