Liz was amazing! She was patient with us and very knowledgeable. We had a lot of questions and she was able to answer them all. We had a really good experience ordering our bed and mattress from the store. Looking forward to getting the new bed!

Great customer service from Oliver he was very helpful and listened to all our questions and answered them all as he was full of knowledge - he knew all about the great offers available too and he definitely made us feel at ease in the shop - he was very good with our grandson too - maz was also a very nice helpful man who assisted with our purchase

I recently called bensons for beds to enquire about a bed I was interested in, I spoke to Maz who was so helpful, he listened to all my questions and answered them all. I then went into the store with my family to see the beds as I was looking at 2, Maz was a great help and took his time to insure we had all the information we needed. Thanks Maz, will be returning in future.

The sleep in the first week was unbelievable! Went to bed at 22:30 and got up before 6 well rested and full of energy. Thanks so much for my Tempur Mattress.

The sales person took time to try out various types of mattress and pillows that are comfortable to my liking. Although her explanations sometimes becomes difficult to understand, she didn't mind repeating to ensure I understood.
Overall, I liked her attitude and the experience I received from her and the manager.

Firstly we would like to say a huge thank you to Maz, who was very welcoming and a friendly demeanour, he explained everything very clearly to us and with his amazing knowledge we were able to find the mattresses ,headboards and divan bases that we were happy with.We would like to say out of all the bed stores we had visited, Maz at Bensons was brilliant and if all stores gave his excellent customer service shopping would be a pleasure for all. We made a purchase with no sales pressure on us and also would like to thank Marcus and Kyan for there assistance as well.

The shop assistant was knowledgeable and listened to my requirements. she also made sure I knew the type of mattress I was purchasing and how to look after it in the future.

Went into the Bedford store. At first we were allowed to look and explore the beds then offered help from member of staff , Oliver. He was very polite professional and personable. He offered clear advice and, after a demonstration of a mattress machine which tested the pressure points on our bodies on different levels of firmness, adviced us on our purchase. Great service.
