Benson sleep well
Normally don't do reviews until delivery. But on this occasion the staff was great and very helpful.

Great selection choices of mattress in store
The sales was big attraction, up to 50% off mattress. I bought mine on last day of sales. It is very good value for money. It was nice to try on and felt the real thing rather than bought it online something that it cannot be laid on. The staffs was very helpful, friendly and experienced in that Beckton retail store.

The sales assistant was very polite helpful. Did not pressure me and my wife but let us go round in our own time . My wife is disabled and felt really relaxed around her the sales assistant. She explained everything very clearly and took us through the process very professionally. Please thank her from my wife and me.

Feeling no pressure at all times!
Sometimes, I can become very anxious, when I need to go into retail shops to buy a purchase, but in this case, I did not once feel that way. I was introduced by the young lady, who made my feel at ease. She was very polite and knowledgeable about each products. She did not once pressure us into buying something straight away.
We were able to browse around the shops, without feeling watched. There were a large number of products to choose from. May I add Child friendly also. I would definitely recommend going to Bensons Beds.

We spent 2 days in Benson and the staff in the Beckton Branch were amazing. So patient with us as we were so indecisive. But they helped us choose 3 frames and mattress which we were able to put in finance. Thank you Tia, Aisha and the manager sheine.
