The staff at the Beckton branch were soooo lovely it was a freezing day but they still had warm smiles. I was looking for a spare part for a bed and they were able to take my admin fee and point me in the right direction.
Love you all and your products

Bought wardrobes from bensons
Bought wardrobes from bensons
They arrived to install them and forgot the handles
They said they would order them and arrange to fit them on
We waited 2 weeks and heard nothing and I called them, bensons said they are not aware of this and ordered them again
Today they contacted me at 6.49 am to say they would arrive between 2-4pm
I agreed because I was at work till 1pm
Bensons arrived early while I was at work
I told them it’s between 2-4 and they said well it’s an estimate and I should I have waited in all day
I said that’s unacceptable and they said they won’t be coming again and I should deal with it my self
I won’t be using bensons again and I have reported them to the finance company v12 under section 75 of the consumer credit act
I now await a refund from v12 who will persue bensons
What an awful experience

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re very sorry to hear about the issues with your wardrobe installation and the communication around fitting the handles. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we completely understand how frustrating this must have been. Your feedback was escalated to the relevant team for review and we have since worked internally to improve our processes.
Thank you,
Megan at Customer Care
