Brilliant service
The assistant, Joanne, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Can't praise her enough. Didn't feel pressured or hassled. Brilliant service.
The prices were reasonable for the quality. Everything was explained about the delivery plus a useful information sheet which also contained a contact number in case we wanted to change the date of delivery.

A smooth process form start to finish
Angie made us welcome at the Barnsley branch and went in great detail through the range of beds suitable for our needs. We made a choice and ordered the bed on the 1st June, with delivery scheduled for the 18th June. We were informed as to the progress of the order between order and delivery dates, and provided with a schedule time for delivery. The delivery men arrived within the time slot, removed the old mattress and installed the new one in the bedroom with the minimum of fuss and I have to say a fair bit of effort. They took the old mattress away and removed all the packaging. In all a good job well done.

Best home furnishings chain
Well, unlike another home furniture chain, we got personal service from the store in Barnsley. The information she gave us was spot on, that is the delivery date. We bought a new tied super king size mattress. It was delivered on time, and they even made the bed, zipping the mattress together.
I would thoroughly recommend their customer service, the emails kept us up to date, and the shop manager gave us the stores number if we had queries, which we didnt!

Thank you for the feedback! 😊 We’re glad you found the team helpful. We’re sorry to hear the SleepPro wasn’t working during your visit—that’s definitely disappointing, as it’s a useful tool. We appreciate you mentioning it and will pass this on so it can be addressed. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience. ⭐
