Good experience so far
Wendy assisted us at the Ashford store. She was friendly and professional and helped us choose the right bed and frame combination to meet our needs. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is because the store itself was a little run down and improvements could be made to the environment and feel of the store.

Slow delivery
Compared to other websites delivery is very slow.
Next day delivery on some websites, 2 weeks on Bensons and I've order a Bensons own product!
Went to Ashford store to test out mattress and buy one, but REALLY poor availability of mattresses. You would think they would have stock of their own product.

Besvarelse fra Bensons For Beds - Ashford
Hello Peter,
We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the delivery timeframe and the mattress availability in store. We understand that when ordering one of our own products, you would expect both quicker delivery and a wider range available to view before making your purchase.
While some items may be available for next-day delivery, many of our mattresses are made to order or sourced from specific distribution centres, which can result in longer lead times. We appreciate that this may not have met your expectations.
Your comments are important to us and will be shared with the relevant teams as we continually review our product displays and customer experience.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts,
Megan | Customer Care Specialist
