DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO LOSE MONEY …
1) £290 trainers and I had to pay postage which I did because they looked a great pair of trainers, although…
2) size was incorrect when they came - they were 2 sizes too big…
3) I then had to pay to get the trainers to BB
So now I’ve paid 2 x postage which weren’t cheap!
At this point I ask myself…
4) What if they were wrong? I would have had to pay postage again for them to be returned and which would mean postage 4 times…’
Therefore in order to get the right size and the right pair of trainers I would have had to lose out on 6 x postage! Ok 4 because the third time would possibly be right - but you will be questioning the sizes and there measurements…

Then you email them and explain this and they avoid directly answering the question and are rude and abrupt!

I actually then bought a pair of balenciaga’s and the size came wrong but as a gesture of good will refunded me the postage I had to pay for the product to be sent back and they immediately sent out the right size - no arguments!

I wish I read the reviews before ordering a pair of Benjamin Berners - only thing they did was burn’us with postage costs! Stick to your Balenciaga, McQueens, Louboutins! My second ever review - first one was because I was extremely happy with a product of a company, today is due to me being extremely disappointed.

La paire tombe en miettes. Aucune qualité finissions à la colle. Elle est moins solide qu'une Nike et moins confortable. D'énormes mal façon. Le SAV n'existe pas. Ils vous ignorent et vous bloqué sur Instagram ils ne concervent que les avis qui arrangent et dissimulent la vérité sous le paillasson. Ceci est une fausse marque de luxe. Très mauvais commerçant méfiez vous de eux. J'ai des photos disponibles j'aimerai vous en faire part.

I bough shoes of this site for £289 plus delivery charge. Customs have just billed me £80.38 I had to pay it as every letter was going be £15 extra. So watch wat country your in. I'm just trying help people incase same thing happens to use.

Katastrophale Qualität…wirklich schlechter geht kaum. Finger weg davon, da man Versand und Retour selber zahlen muss. Und das bei so nem Preis. Einfach mal eine Frechheit.

I’m from the UK. If you’re in the UK then DO NOT ORDER. No returns label. You need to arrange your own return and it is extremely expensive. £40 cheapest. At least the company could provide a payable return label payable by customer and deduct it from the refund amount because it cost them a lot less as they have commercial accounts with shipping companies. Paying £40 was hurtful.

The shoes are not as good as they look on the website, they’re nice but definitely not worth the money. The biggest problems are: firstly the shoes are too wide side ways. When you have them on and look down they look like granddad shoes. I normally have wide feet but omg these are extremely wide and uncomfortably large side ways. Second problem is the metal ring in last shoe lace hole is right against your ankle bone and it is painful. Impossible to walk. I was however going to keep the shoes and I tried to find solutions to prevent the metal ring pushing against the ankle bone without success.

One more comment is that the company loves themselves and they think they are irrevocable. My advice to Benjamin Berner is to reconsider their attitude towards returns, towards pricing, sale and so on.

Finally I would love to give more stars but I can’t. I have written this review without prejudice.

Einfach nur unfassbar die Erfahrung mit diesen Verein. Die Schuhe sind viel kleiner als der EU Standard. Insofern Sie die Schuhe zurück senden möchten, dann muss dieses auf Kosten des Käufers geschehen.

Haben keine Telefonnummer mit ordentlichen Kundenfreundlichen Agenten, sondern nur eine EMail adresse. Da ist China Ware besser aufgestellt.

Trotz voheriger schriftlicher Mitteilung, dass der Schuh nicht mehr umgetauscht werden soll, sondern Geld zurückbezahlen, snden die einfach eine größere Größe zu und meinen das der Kunde es so aktzeptieren muss :)

Am besten Strafanzeige wegen Betrug und fertig.

DONT!!! BUY SHOES HERE! I told my husband that i didnt trust this company, because of the bad revieuws and a feeling.
Well i was not wrong about that, but my husband did buy the shoes anyway.. sending was Quick! 10 days tops. But then.... the shoes where defect in 2 weeks!! He had send them a mail/insta/fb message. After weeks they respond on instagram BECAUSE! He posted
a bad revieuw on instagram! They asked what the problem was? And deleted the post of him. He had send them photos of de shoes, they had send him a adres and some info for the shoes to send back, BUT when he asked for more info and shipping cost etc. They ignored him AGAIN! After 30! Messages, He posted a nother bad revieuw, guess what?? they deleted the post again! And asked again!!! What the problem is? This company is a yoke! 300!!! Euro's spend for nothing!

Great quality and good shipping.
They fit a bit big even tho I had the right size but overall a really great shoe.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Without a doubt the worst clothing/footwear company I have ever dealt with. The shoes are so far overvalued I have no idea how they are allowed to trade. The metal sections on the back were scratched, the plastic foam feeling sole is incredibly cheap, the leather is not of a high quality or finished in a high quality way. I cannot believe how poor these shoes are for €300.

I also used their size chart to ensure I got the right fit - shoes turned up and were too tight. Asked to return them but was told I am now out of the returns period. BECAUSE THEY TOOK SO LONG TO SEND THEM! I have had email conversations which ended up like many others going dead and they just refuse to answer you.

Avoid this company like the plague, I will be raising a case with the ombudsman and these trainers and not fit for purpose and BB are breaking EU sales laws by not allowing me to return them.

AVOID!! DO NOT buy from this company. I spend €300 on an item that arrived battered, broken, creased, material is falling off, there’s marks on the tongue of the shoe, it’s so poorly made it’s not worth €10. They’re now ignoring my messages, I’ve already spent £18 on delivery and they now want me to pay again to send the item back when it wasn’t fit for purpose. Please don’t risk it.

Die auf den ersten Blick teuer und qualitativ hochwertig aussehenden Schuhe entpuppten sich bei mich schon nach kurzer Zeit als ein großer Reinfall.
• das leder fing nach kurzer zeit an sich zu lösen
• die Farbe auf dem Embleme löste sich
• Nähfäden gingen auf
• an der Schnürsenkeldurchführung hat Benjamin Berner sehr schönes (edel) Metall eingebaut welches optisch sehr hochwertig erscheint doch leider fängt das (edel) Metall an zu rosten und meine weißen Schnürsenkel sind an der Stelle jetzt rostbraun.
Auf mehrere Email-Anfragen wird nicht geantwortet.
Für diese schuhe zahlte ich 265€ ich könnte heulen.
Ich rate strickt davon ab.
Für den Preis gibt es 2-3 Paar freshe Nikes.

second pair i’ve ordered from these guys and i have nothing but good words. the shipping is incredible quick, especially considering the pandemic and brexit. the trainers are amazing, absolutely beautiful and smell like they were made 5 minutes ago. looking forward to my next purchase already

ABSOLUTE JOKE COMPANY! Paid 19.99 for tracked and signed for delivery with a delivery date. My parcel was left unattended in a block of flats for a whole day without being signed for and a slip left through the door with no name or contact information, when I returned home the parcel had been moved or taken away. When I went forward to email them the problem I was ignored. Numerous days later I messaged the Instagram page, I was promise a prompt resolve and to be hearing back swiftly, obviously that never happened. I would NEVER suggest this brand to anyone! The way they treat their customers is terrible and they deserve nothing from anyone! Especially your hard earned money. 0/10 rating if it was possibles DISGUSTING!
