Expired SSL certificate
Getting a SSL certificate error when trying to use my voucher. No response so far and it's been 2 days now that I've been unable to use my voucher. Surely it doesn't take this long to notice and replace an expired cert.

Not impressed
Ordered Vouchers. They took my money and sent me emails with links to the vouchers. Clicked on the email links and hey presto just error messages and no access to the vouchers.
Error Message:
"This site can’t provide a secure connection
spend.runa.io uses an unsupported protocol.
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
Unsupported protocol
The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite."
Pretty annoying as I wanted to make purchase straight away, using the vouchers.
Sent them an email and waiting for a response. Far too slow in my opinion

Borderline fake advertising
They advertise high cashback values but do not respect them hiding behind a "it says up to X% so if you got a tenth of that it's still within param".
The amounts are so low you can't even withdraw the money unless you spend thousands of dollars through them

Kanye was great
Kanye was great! I had been working with several different reps over the last few days and was pretty stressed out by the whole process. But when I was connected with Kanye, he was calm and understanding and fully helped me figure our travel plans out. I will most certainly be reaching out to him with my future travel needs.
