Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service. Placed an order November 29 that still has not shipped. I have called customer service 6 different times and they continue To tell me my order is processing in the warehouse and that it will ship. I have asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times and I’m told that the supervisors are busy. Most unprofessional and unacceptable customer service I have ever dealt with. I still have no resolution to when my items will ship and continue to get the run around.
Poor customer service and shipment
I made an order on Nov. 28th and 10 days later still not shipped. They refused to cancel my order because it has been "processing". After several emails through their online contact form consulting my order status, they blocked my email address. Worst online shopping experience ever. Never shop with this company again.

I placed an order and paid for 2 day air. It’s been over a week and they claim the only think they can do is “monitor it.” They refuse to issue me a refund for my shipping and won’t respond to my request to cancel my order.

Their website and customer service is very poor. I spent 2 hours trying to get the promo code to register. Sent two messages during that time asking for help. You get no reply and everywhere on their site it says they’ll get back to you in 2-3 days. It is not good enough. Even the customer helpline tells you to message them. I have no idea why they have a phone line that tells you to message them. I get to payment details and the site struggles to accept my shipping address. Get to payment eventually after 1 hr. I ended up paying twice because there was no confirmation of payment. My order still doesn’t show on my account. Contacted my bank and they’ve informed me that two payments have been deducted. I’m now looking for a refund for being billed twice due to their rubbish website. Still no order confirmation or reassurance from the company. They use the sales as an excuse but there are other popular luxury brands out there and I’ve had no trouble with purchases from them during sales. Money grabbing company, don’t care about people. Awful.

Be really careful with this company!! I wanted to order their products via their online store. As I entered all my credit card information I received a message saying "Oops! Sorry gorgeous but there was a problem in processing your order. Try again later!". And so I (dumb) tried again later three times. And all of those three times I received the same message but as I checked my credit card processes I saw that Benefit Cosmetics took the money for all of my tries which was in total 200$. (And they didn't send any of those products at least once because "there was a problem with processing"... sure.. but there is no problem with taking money from people, huh?). Then I found their number on their website and I called them. They told me that the problem is that they don't accept international credit cards and that they will refund my money in 5-8 days. I was waiting for 10 days but the money was not refund. So after the 10 days I called again. First time they denied my call and second time I called, I was told that since it is an international card I should give it one more week. It has been almost 4 weeks since then and so I became really angry because I am a student and I can't afford to lose 200 dollars just for nothing. So I called there again and I found out that THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER!! So please, be careful with ordering their products. I would NEVER BUY anything from this brand EVER AGAIN! I could't believe how they can STEAL MONEY AND THEN BLOCK A NUMBER!!! Consider if you want to buy Benefit..

I am a makeup artist and I use their products on my clients. I found out they offered a discounts to pro's so I did the application and waiting a few weeks to here back. They accepted my app and told me my membership card was on the way and while I waited I can use my promo code they sent me to still buy products online. Well when I went to make my purchase, it never gave me the discount. I tried calling customer services and they said there is no one I could speak to about this and that I had to send an email. I never got an email back so I emailed again. Then I got an email back saying it would take a few days because they are so backed up.
What kind of customer service is that? It is horrible!! I am trying to replenish product for brides and I can't even make my purchase. How do you not have someone available to talk to? All the other lines I have great service with except this.
I am so upset and disappointed. Don't use them.
Bad Experience
It took 3 weeks for my package to arrive. When it arrived the item I got had been opened into and very damaged. I was disappointed.

customer service they never helped me at all. bought the product and waited for a month and never got my items. then they said to refund me and wait another billing cycle. (so they wanted me to wait for another month?) so the promotion that i got before was gone. really bad experience. never again.
Not getting response from them.
I have ordered with them before and had no trouble. But a couple days ago I was trying to grab some products that are on sale and when I tried to submit my order I got an 'Order Processing Error'. My card WAS charged both times I tried to submit my order and now I get no response from their customer service on either why my order is not processing or if I will get my money back.

Really awful customer service, they refuse to look into lost orders and the communication is rubbish, for such a big company I expected more. Also be careful of offers as they like to pick and choose when they will let you have them

False item description - they couldn’t care less ...
I placed an online order for Benefit Cosmetics eyeshadow duo. Their website description states “soft matte taupe and sable”. In reality, the sable color is a shimmer shadow - not matte. I called Customer Service, ‘Maria’, and asked for either a prepaid return label or the cost of my return shipping be included in my refund as their description is not accurate. Maria agreed their description was faulty, but refused to do anything. I asked for a supervisor, she overly-sweetly asked me to hold .... and, as I suspected, no one came back on the line. I will never purchase another Benefit Cosmetic item again, and I am returning all other items in my order even though I was only going to return the shadow.

Poor Customer service
I have placed 2 orders with them , both times they have taken authorization from my credit cards and they claim the orders did not go through ?
first order was placed on line and then spoke to (Shawn) who acknowledged that he sees my request on line and that they had a glitch in the system to try back again
the second time I called customer service and spoke to Maxime who took all the information including credit card and was unable to process the order , but the credit card company sent me a pre authorization notice . I asked to be transferred to a supervisor .
I spoke to customer service supervisor ( Lori ) and she had no clue what to do , only said that if the system did not accept the order to go some where else!!!

Missing items/No response
Spend a lot of money with this company in December over a couple of orders and on my last order there was items missing from my order. I have emailed the company twice now and they have been ignorant and not responded to either message. I would like the company to make contact with me and the items sent out straight away. Slacking on quality
I have been using benetint for years and I absolutely love it. Unfortunately benefit have decided to spend less on its packaging of late which means the bottle now leaks when you travel with it!! Usually it can get put in the makeup bag, in the handbag, suitcase or hold-all and no issues. Latest bottles leak every wear and have wrecked two of my cath kidston makeup bags worth over £40!! Also lost two thirds of the product due to the leak! Companies need to stop scrimping on quality!!! Furious, do not purchase this product or similar ones with benefit as the packaging will be the same. The product itself is also more watered down than its original from years ago.

I placed an order on the 4th of December to have it delivered to a post office in scotland where I was working at the time but the job had finished early so off back home 400 miles away I went, went in an online chat with benefits told them what had happened and they said they'd amended my delivery and it would be going to be home address, 48 hours later I got an email to say it had been delivered to the post office in scotland, back in the online chat where no one wanted to help just kept leaving the chat, so I sent an email 3 days later no reply just a rate our customer service email! The cheek! Messaged them off Facebook I got a response 3 days later asking for my order number gave them that still nothing sent another email still nothing

I placed my order for the Magical Brow Stars Kit on November 28th (order #BC4750775) and it sat in processing nearly a week. When I sent an email inquiry last night, suddenly the funds were released and I'm left to assume my order has been cancelled with no response or explanation as to why.
I have no idea who's in charge of customer service at Benefit, but they don't deserve to be employed any longer if this is how they plan to represent the company.
