Belle Tire Petoskey Michigan. Top notch and honest. Needed two tires mounted for my log splitter. Two other local tire dealers told me they would be $25 EACH because I did not purchase the tires at their shop. I get it buuuuuut Bell Tire charged me $16 for the pair.. this is why my wife continuously uses Belle Tire. And I will also use them going forward.

I had an excellent experience at Belle Tire in Rockford, IL. They had a good tire sale, but what impressed me most was manager Mike L. and how helpful and kind he was. I strongly recommend this location.

Just purchased a used 2014 chevy Equinox, heard a rattle in front end, had them check it out, was told many parts in the front end were old and wore out, estimated repair was $3000 dollars, took vehicle to 2 different tire shops, without telling them what Belle tire estimated or said, I was told and they showed me nothing was wrong with the front end like Belle tire said, the rattle was a clip behind the tire wheel well, have not heard anything since then, if the other shops had estimated the same issues I would have believed what Belle tire told me, I truly believe they were just trying to get work that really did not need to be repaired, I have used Belle tire to work on 2 different cars in the past with no issues, this has changed everything, I will not be going back to Belle tire in the future, It is a shame how they try to rip people off just so they can make a buck. Not that it will probably matter to them, it is a shame you can`t trust what these companies say..

I recently purchased 4 tires from the Secor Rd Toledo OH location. I went in a few days later because i had a slow leak. They were too busy to repair it but they did air it up. I stopped by today and was told i would have to wait hours for them to look it. They did not offer to air it up even though i said I'm 10lbs lower in one of the new tires. I will never go back to that store. He was rude and not very professional. In my opinion, he already made the sale so why try to please the customer. Very disappointed.

Made an appointment, left the car, after 3 hours I returned, no calls from them, found out they haven’t even started with my car, my question to them was, what was even the point of making an appointment if you are planning to work only on the walk ins? No answer, summer take type car there is a scam. We need 0 stars they don’t deserve the 1

I keep receiving spam from these people, but I never signed up or gave them my contact details. I emailed them very politely to stop sending me any messages - a very clear instruction. They wrote back to require my name and phone number before they would even consider stopping sending me their spam. Yeah, of course, clowns, I'm going to do that. There's no sign that they will actually stop sending me their spam.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO & have your time completely disregarded!! I was quoted 2-3hrs for my truck, I dropped it off at 11am & had to call the store myself to check on it. AFTER 3 HOURS HAVING MY TRUCK THEY STILL HAVENT EVEN STARTED IT!!! Then I made them aware I had to be back at work by 3:30, well of course it’s 3:35 and my truck still isn’t done!! No call, no communication NOTHING

I made an appointment to have a slow air leak checked as I didn't have time to sit for hours while they fit me into their busy schedule. It took them 90 minutes to tell me the tire was not repairable. I totally get the wait when I don't have an appointment but why the lengthy wait when I did? It should have been 15 minutes at the most. Thing is back in the fall Belle checked this same tire, "fixed" it but within 2 days I was having to air it up at least once per week. At that appointment I asked them to check the treads on all my tires and they said they were fine but shortly afterwards I had to have the drive tires replaced because I had no traction on slippery roads. If the person was actually paying attention and truthful, Belle could have had the sale. Now I'm thinking, I should have asked to see them to prove what they told me the first time was true. I sure wouldn't recommend the Greenville MI location unless you actually know what you need in advance.

Save your money, your driveway, your engine, and another trip back to belle tire. Once again one of only 2 things that need to be tightened for an oil change was not tightened. Last time it was the filter this time it was the drain bolt. Don't bother replying saying I'm not in your system it was my girlfriend's car. Belle tire has once again messed up the simplest and most frequent maintenance on my girlfriend's car. This is exactly why I change my own oil. Do not trust this place, do not trust the manager nick, save your time and money and try anywhere but belle tire especially macomb Michigan. Unfortunately this is the 3rd time this has happened, first two were in Orland park, IL but the first and only time we'll go to belle tire macomb. If my gf insists on going to belle tire again she can get down on the ground and fix their work for them.

Took my car here to look at the break system, was told after only ten minutes it was my struts. Knowing it was not I took it to a real mechanic and it was my ball joints!! Do not go to belle tire

I would not recommend Belle Tire to a woman. They will take advantage of you.

Tool for a tire rotation found out I need a tie rods and shocks. I told the manager I have an extended warranty. Can you please call in? He said very rudely. I’ve been doing this for 20 years and I’ve never seen a warranty cover these items when I picked up the truck, I asked if they called the warranty. He said yes about two weeks later I called the warranty company and found out he never called him in and my parts were covered by my warranty when I called back to confront him about it. He was on vacation and he said he would call me next week. I waited 10 days. He never called me back. I called back and they said he quit, but the man will look into it. He called me back and said that I had to take it back to my dealer which I thought was not the right I told him what the manager called Reno was his name did his job. I would’ve taken it there so they cheated me out of the money. I was supposed to get back from a warranty. Don’t trust this company. They don’t honor their word when employee leaves and doesn’t do his job correctly. does it cost me about $2000 out of my pocket and it shouldn’t have and nobody in the building will correct his mistake

Spent a good deal of money on defender 2 tires, and right off the get i had a slow leak. I can hear it leaking out of the valve stem. I called 2 different belle tires, and explained i have to fill the tire every 2 days... both locations, one in Grandville Mi, and one in Muskegon Mi told me sorry,, we're booked till after Christmas... its a valve stem. The tires are brand new.. long story short.. discount tire told me to come in tomorrow morning and they will take care of it free of charge. Sorry Belle. You've lost my business for good

Went in, for undercarriage inspection do to concerns that happened moving cross country. Mind you the car is incredibly smooth riding no play, shaking, nothing. I go in they check and say well you need front brakes, which I didnt. ATTEMPTED to say I need ball joints, upper and lower tie rods, alignement, control arms loose......None of this convinced me. I took to another shop and they found NOTHING wrong with what they were stating. Belle Tire is nothing but shark scammers DO NOT trust them to do any work on your vehicle.

We paid Bell tire to store our winter wheels and tires, which were also purchased at Bell. When we didn’t pick up the wheels and tires during the prescribed time they sold them or disposed of them! $1100 down the tube. The contact information on the contract showed our phone number but they never bothered to call us. They said they sent an email, but we can find no evidence of that. Perhaps it ended up in spam or junk. Regardless, Bell tire can show me no proof that they ever sent any email or try to contact us in anyway. The only remedy they offered is to sell us new wheels and tires at wholesale. Unacceptable.

No stars. I stopped. In to the belle tire in Plainfield IL. For a tire repair They told me they could not do the repair because the tire is 5 years old (tires were built in 2020) I found out the industry standard is 10 years And the continued to tell me the tread was warn. Again I found out the min tread ware is 2 tenths. And I’m definitely at 5 tenths. The original tread was only 7 tenths (Michelin pilot sport 2) They are just trying to scam me into buying new tires prematurely. I had the sales guy check with the manager and he came back with a story of how an other corvette owner came in with the same issue and he bought new tires. Shame on you Belle Tire for trying to take advantage of unknowing consumer. Fortunately in a well informed consumer or I do my research and find out the correct information. Beware of Belle Tire and there misleading of you as a consumer. I will also be calling the district manager Dan Callaghan on Monday

Corporate Profits before customer service. I bought 4 tires for my 16 year old daughters car. They pushed to sell an alignment that was Virtually Perfect already. Now we went back for a nail patch and rotation, they said the tires are wore out with only 15k miles on them and less than a single year old. Trying to sell another set of tires. Worst Company In History!

Order 46070647. Villa Park, IL. Did not torque lug nuts on front right wheel. Lost two lug nuts on my drive home. Remaining three were loose. Gross negligence for customer safety. Do not take your vehicle here.
