Seems to be a thing with this company. They sell ONLY eBooks from what I can see. I've written to them numerous times complaining and asking for a refund. They NEVER even have the decency to reply!!! There's no point in reiterating what EVERYONE here seems to complain about - it's all the SAME EXACT COMPLAINT!

IF you live in Florida please visit the Atty General's website and file a complaint against this company. They are 'HQ'd" in Orlando (Orange County).

Ordered a book. Nothing on website or order states book is an ebook. Order says item will ship. Turns out book is ebook, i never downloaded it. Asked for a refund and was told all sales final. Site is a rip off

I thought I was ordering a book, not a digital book. After waiting a month for my order, I emailed them and it was explained to me that they are not physical books, but only digital. I already had the digital copy of the book, and merely wanted the hard copy for my special needs son that enjoys pictures. They refused to offer me a refund even though I didn't download it. Pretty disappointed with beelooko.com

Site did not list that the book was an e-book. This is apparently a common tactic the site uses to overcharge for a service (physical book) and instead bait/switch the customer with an e-book

I ordered a book and received a confirmation of my order saying that when the seller sends it off, I will receive another email. It never came. I waited a month before I reached out to them. They told me it's an ebook. I told them the confirmation email did not state that, no where in any of the emails, it states that. They refuse to refund my $$. Since I paid via Venmo, I have no recourse!

This company is a complete scam!
They make it seem like your buying a physical book but then they send you a download link. Stay away from these criminals.

As many have said here they fraudulently advertise as this is a book to purchase only to find out after the purchase has gone through that it is an ebook only. Nowhere does it say on their website that no book will be sent in fact it says just the opposite "purchase a book". Someone needs to shut down this company. I contacted the company and they will not return my money.

Scam...digital copies only even though it says that nowhere on the sight. You'll even get an email saying they will send tracking info. I got a refund from PayPal but buyer beware....

My review is actually from a purchase dated in the latter half of 2023 (just now realizing ALL the places I can leave a review). If I could give it negative stars, believe me, I would!
Much like others that have posted here, I ordered a book and was immediately sent and ebook link.
NOWHERE ON THE SITE DID IT SAY IT WAS AN EBOOK!
I IMMEDIATELY messaged the company and was told that there would be no refund, all sales are final. I messaged them a couple of times with increased agitation, letting them know that there was nowhere on their site that stated it would be an ebook, but I got nowhere with them. I opted to contact my credit card company, and after explaining the situation to them, what do you know...my refund was almost immediate!
I also contacted the book's publisher, Penguin Publishing, and gave them complete info that I found on the web. It is a residential address and was easily found on the Beelooko 'company' website, in Orlando:

Bought a book and got an email to download the pdf - Product description doesn't say that it is a softcopy and not a hard copy. Very deceptive site - do not buy!

bought a book at a price far better than I found elsewhere, got an invoice stating: You will receive an additional email once your order is shipped.

But it turns out I am only able to download the book. Nowhere whatsoever on their site does it state this clearly. I've written a couple times and just get the runaround. Don't trust this company

Total scam..they will send a digital book even tho the site never states anywhere that they aren't actual physical books and will not offer refunds. Beware!

Beware this IS NOT BOOK STORE, they don’t disclose that until you place your order. Then you wait and wait, when you contact them THEN they disclose it’s digital!!! It’s a scam to get small amounts of money from people looking for great prices on actual books! SCAM

I ordered a book and provided my address . Said it would ship in 3-8 days and an email would be sent with tracking info. After a week I contacted via email and they said it’s a digital download and refused to refund my money when I pointed out the deception. avoid this company. They are fraudulent.

Fraudulent company. They advertise their books as physical hard copies, and then email an “e book” to download. This is a dishonest company. When purchasing the book, I provided address etc and selected free shipping. Very deceptive company. Still waiting for my refund that I’ve requested.

Ordered a book. Received an email with tracking information, that went no where the label was cancelled. Asked the company through their customer service and said it was an ebook, which they don't sell nor in description. I asked for a refund with zero answer, called and never had any response.
