I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this store. It has been over three weeks since I placed my order, and my building materials have still not been delivered.
What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. My phone calls are ignored, no one responds to my emails, and I feel completely disregarded as a customer.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. Delays can happen, but ignoring customers and failing to provide any updates is unprofessional and disrespectful.
I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service. If you value your time and expect basic customer support, I suggest shopping elsewhere.

Placed order not received been 5 weeks now no refund AVOID , SELLING STOCK DONT HAVE

This company is FRAUD, they tried to steal from me. Put an order for paint on the phone and next day they refused to handover the item. Instead tired to give a rubbish item to our painter.
There is a a very bad and poor mannered guy who cant speak or understand English properly.
Tried to make a complaint and said they don't have any manager!
Painter called and said every time called this unprofessional guy hanged the phone over.
Tried other numbers ALL are FAKE or the SAME rubbish man picked up by the phone.
Told he did not care about police or court, do what ever you can
Have reported to authorities.
And the credit card protection is instructed to refund per law.
