Really stunning pieces I’ve had from here always complemented on them!! Really good quality

Awful business, scamming young girls and sending wrong items as well as blocking customers. I ordered a fur cardigan from this boutique and waited over 2 weeks for it to arrive after it was advertised as 3-5 day shipping. After emailing back and forth with the boutique complaining that this was falsely advertised and asking for a refund as the item hadn’t arrived, they blocked me😂. When you send them an email you receive an immediate automated reply from the customer service, after complaining back and forth and trying to get a resolution to my issue I stopped receiving reply’s. When I used a different email address and emailed again then it worked, coincidence much. When the item finally arrived after I had received my refund from clearpay (the boutique refused to refund me) the boutique then unblocked me and started emailing me demanding to send the cardigan back😂after 2/3 weeks of stress and hassle now they wanted to respond? By then I had received my refund and the cardigan had come but turned up in a the wrong colour. The company’s customer service is clearly run by one individual with no business experience. It’s a real shame as the businesses main clientele are young teenage girls that aren’t on a big wage saving up to by new items for their wardrobe. Poor girls getting regularly scammed.

Awful customer service and sent me the wrong item and didn’t even get an apology. Ordered from them back in May and they sent me a dress that was all broken but as it was in the sale so they would only give me a gift card not a refund even though it was their fault for sending a broken dress (no way it happened in the post) and that was after weeks of back and forth emailing. I then braved and used the gift card the other week to wait about 2 weeks for my order which I enquire about as I ordered it to go away to which I never got a response for it to arrive and be the wrong item in a different colour I then reached out to them yet again and finally got a reply through instagram just stating they “could get dpd to pick it up if the item isn’t required” no apology no offer of sending the correct item nothing!! Think there extremely rude and would never ever recommend or use them again in my life.

I ordered an item and unfortunately the item has arrived so late and therefore I had to return it. I paid £10 for return and I did return it straight away as soon as I received it. I paid for item through Klarna . Although I returned the item the Klarna has never received the refund. There Klarna kept charging me for it. I have tried many times to contact the customer service but I have never received any response. The customer service is really bad and there would be no support from them. I had to try to email , text through instagram and still no respond. I would never ever order anything from them and I won’t recommend this website

My experience with this boutique was absolutely awful. I placed an order for 3 items that totaled $274 on 11/1. Soon after, I got an email saying my order was shipped. It was supposed to be 2-5 day US shipping. After the time had passed when I should’ve received my package, I contacted them. They responded saying they were experiencing “slight delays” and that they would update me. I was never updated after my initial email. Around four weeks after my order, I tried to contact them again for an update. They never answered. I never received an update or a tracking number for my package. My Route App never said my order was shipped, so I believe it was never even shipped out. I was very patient and understanding, but I had to open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Thankfully, PayPal sided with me and I received a refund. It’s truly disappointing since I was looking forward to receiving my order. Everything at this boutique can be found on AliExpress anyways, and I’ve never had a problem ordering from them. This boutique has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and is truly a scam! Stay away from this boutique at all costs!!!!

love the outfits and they did get back to me when i needed them although i ordered for 1-3 working days only to find out they never even shipped the outfits, and when i mentioned that part i got no reply! apart from that their clothing is perfect

i am Still waiting for the Elsa three piece set. it still hasn’t come!

£93 for nothing to turn up.. dpd emailed saying expecting the parcel still not got it., emailed them for them to say another week and half 24th-8th for a (1-3day delivery) whe. They haven’t even sent the coat anyway
Had to apply threw the bank 3 week later for a refund!!
So clearly the item was never even shipped shocking shop

Anyone looking into this website to order clothing items from, I would suggest reading the reviews first. As you can probably see I’m not the only customer complaining about the awful customer service and 2 week wait for an item that was advertised as 1-3 day delivery. And to add, when my item came, it was the wrong colour, when i tried emailing them they blocked my email 🤣lol. Do what you want with this information.

Ordered the Jasmin two piece for my holiday. The set is absolutely unreal and amazing quality. The only down fall is the sizing I ordered a size 10 the shorts were perfect but top was too big so ordered the size 8 and the top was perfect and shorts a bit tight. That the only reason for the 4 star if you could choose two different sizes for the top and short it would be a 5 start.

Never received order. Ordered almost a week ago and paid for 1-3 day delivery. As soon as I ordered the items and payment had gone through I had 2 emails sent by the company - one confirming the order and another stating the order had (already!) been shipped - as other reviews have mentioned this is concerning. Have had no tracking details and unable to track using the shop app. Have sent emails to the company and have had no response due to ‘high volume of orders’ but the company’s instagram is active multiple times everyday so customer services should be responding to emails. Have spent £120 and company will not respond to my emails and I have not received any of my items. Avoid at all costs.
Update - after 2 months and no order being received I have now been asked to provide trustpilot with the order number by the company or else risk my review with be taken offline! Requested a refund directly from my bank when order did not show up via a dispute and this was accepted so I did eventually receive my money back from my bank - £120 - but not from the company. Avoid as it seems the company is a scam.

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. Poor customer service paid for a dress next day delivery which I still haven’t received and all messages ignored until I posted on their Instagram page .
