Beanies Flavour Coffee Anmeldelser 

Posting here in the hope a member of the team might pay attention! I am normally a huge Beanies fan and order as soon as mine run out. However, I ordered six jars on the 29th September and have received no communication or products since then. I have emailed the help email three times but have not had a single reply. Disgraceful customer service - especially for a loyal return customer.

Nice coffee, but slow delivery (much quicker if you order via Amazon) and the marketing emails are relentless. Constant barrage of promotional rubbish.

Its a few years since I have ordered Beanies coffee and it used to be a positive experience however this time I'm disappointed

Placed an order on 16/9/25 and opted for delivery in 3 working days. I then recieved an email on 22/9/25 (already just over the 3 working days for delivery) saying part of my order was being refunded as out of stock.

I was expecting the coffee to be delivered on that day, not receive communication that I won't be getting part of my order.

And it still hasn't been delivered. We are now 5 working days from placing order

I am so sorry to have to write a bad review as my last review was 5 stars. Used beanies coffee for a few years and usually, you open a jar and the aroma is just amazing and the taste even better, especially nutty hazelnut. The current jars (bought in March) smell like gravy granules and don't taste much better. I can't bring myself to drink this and had to throw most of it away. Really hope that this was just a bad batch. They were the decaf version which I have in the evenings and which usually taste the same as the normal ones. Will try again and if no better will switch brands.

Love the coffee,I brought a jar on my Sainsbury's online order,and loved it,so I found their website and thought I'd buy 36 jars to last a while,and get the 10 per cent discount because of my first order. Spent 20 minutes picking them out because I want to get the flavours right of I'm ordering that many. Went to pay,and it wouldn't accept my code. And before you ask,yes I did enter the correct number,I am an adult. So that was 20-30 minutes of my life wasted because they won't honour the 10 per cent discount code they gave me.

Order and delivery easy and fast, coffee on the other hand not so great. I’m a massive coffee lover and never buy from stores, mainly direct from the roaster. I thought I’d give this a try and it’s simply reminded me that I’m a coffee snob and that’s the only way forward is premium coffee direct from the source

I have been buying for years and this is the thanks you get for your custom when they feel like it.

on 18th of the month ordered 6 yule log which showed it was in stock. However after almost a week they decided to refund half the cost and said
they only had 3. Well that was fine, or it would have
been had they bothered to send the coffee.

They didn't, but held onto the other half of the money
It was only after I wrote asking whyI had not received my order. They then today decided with no explaination to refund the rest of the money.

Are they running into problems and trying to keep part order money? After receiving the invoice saying they had refunded they put on the bottom of it

Why would I bother? If they let you down once with no explaination, no reason why they won't do it again.

Any buyers beware of problems.

Badest coffee taste ever in my life and the smell like poop!! Waste of money. (One true coffee lover)

Purchased a mixed box of beanies coffee, it arrived and when I opened it the paper, (which they consider adequate enough packaging for a box of glass jars, with no fragile label on the box) was covered in a sticky black/brown mess. I discovered that a few of the jars that I had purchased and PAID for were smashed, of course also not knowing whether the other jars could have possibly been contaminated by the jars cracking inside, I contacted Beanies via email in February, and waited for a reply for them to rectify the situation, to offer a full refund or replacement of the products. It's now April and I'm still waiting on a reply. Perhaps as I WAS a returning customer they do not feel a need to keep my custom, and would have responded had I been a new customer, who knows, all I know is that they couldn't be bothered with me. I was a fan of beanies, but I guess you don't know how shoddy the customer service is until you need to use it, and unfortunately for me it was severely lacking. So if you want to spend money and risk receiving broken, possibly contaminated products, order away, I know I won't be.

I had high hopes for these coffees considering the reviews!
I’ve ordered 12 mixed jars and to be honest they are a let down :(
We love our coffees / different flavours but some of these are tasteless and some have an odd kinda taste once added water / milk. Smell nice when opened tho and cute little jars. Have some more to try yet but I won’t hold my breath of them being any better. Currently drinking the caramel one which tastes similar to the pumpkin spice one?! The choc orange was a huge let down no orange flavour and a bitter chocolate taste 😞 For the price I personally wouldn’t say it’s worth it as it stands - bit gutted considering the outstanding reviews. The posting was fast though.

Please bring my Bubble Gum coffee back!

I absolutely love it and cannot live without. The best coffee I ever had. The smell was making me relaxed before had a sip for whole day. Why was it discontinued? Please reverse your decision, I love it!

Worst packaging ever. Ordered 2 tins with 75 pods. Neither had 75 in there. The tins were also bent on receipt from being in post. Pods are not the best either. Top falls apart in coffee machine. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star

Normally packing is good, but not this time the coffee jars were loose in a box.

I received an email on the 29th of November advertising 12 jars of Beanies flavoured coffee for £19.99. I placed an order for this deal on that same date and received an email confirming receipt of that order. I then didn't hear anything whatsoever about my order after that initial confirmation email so I emailed Beanies on the 11th of December to ask what on earth was going on. I then received an automated email confirming the completion of my order which arrived on the 13th of December which, upon opening, I discovered to be an incomplete delivery! I emailed immediately to inform Beanies that my order was not complete, after which, I received another automated email asking me to confirm my delivery. I emailed back to say I could not confirm the delivery as it was not complete, there was an item missing. It wasn't until I emailed again, stating that I wanted to make an official complaint, did I receive an email from an actual person working for Beanies. They issued me a £1.66 refund for the missing item but issued no apology or reasonable explanation for the long delay and incomplete delivery. I did actually request that my issue be brought to the attention of someone in management at Beanies but I'm not sure this actually did happen. Sadly, gone are the days of accepting responsibility, owning up to errors, and treating (returning) customers as if they actually count.

I ordered the Christmas bundle as a gift was most dissatisfied with the condition it arrived in (cracked jar,damage to the boxes and the advent calendar. I have already written a review (which has been withheld by beanies) with a promise of a resolution which has never materialised.

Arrived in just a box with just separation cards. No padding. Not quite sure how they survived being glass. Disappointing as purchased in the past with a gift box provided. For some reason purchasing more jars gives you less for presentation.

Took a month to arrive. No tracking provided. No response from customer support.

Update: They got back to me and are currently investigating the issue. I hope I can change my rating in the end.

At Beanies they offer international shipping, but are not able or willing to fill out the necessary customs documentations correctly, so the packages are returned to them. They interpret this as a succesful delivery...
Very frustrating. They don't want to take a look at this, so we will never be able to order from them.

1) Fast delivery turnaround.
2) Products - coconut and amaretto flavours taste great without milk & sugar and the aroma fills the kitchen.
3) Added sweetener? Purchased items at special offer price, so added value with each jar only costing £2.
