If there was a lower mark they deserve it and have earned it.
If you have time to waste and mooney to waste they are perfect. Zero support zero customer service or care. I was unfairly expelled for late payments. No one wants to correct their mistake.
Avoid like the pandemi.
We will still meet in court soon or resolve!

Unfair treatment by Student Advice at Birkbeck University!!

I attended the “National Career Week” event after receiving an invitation email from Birkbeck University. I booked my place in advance and went to the university accordingly. Although I was given a queue number and was second in line, I was repeatedly not accepted, while everyone who arrived after me was allowed to proceed.

Despite being noticed by one of the staff member’s colleagues, the staff member continued to approach and invite those who came after me for interviews, while clearly ignoring me. This behavior appeared biased and unprofessional.

It felt as though I was being treated unfairly for personal reasons. If there is going to be selective treatment, then perhaps invitation emails should only be sent to the students you actually intend to consider.

Very disappointing and upsetting experience!

The disability and mental health department at Birkbeck should just say that their aims are to cruelly and unusually punish people who are already at the bottom and kicked by society, and head among these kickers is supposed ‘psychologist’ Aura Rico

I attended Birkbeck years ago and had a mental breakdown during my studies. I am now well. They offered me no help they were awful and just took my money. I wish I could do something about them as this has obviously happened to more people. They should be ashamed.

Incessant emails even after I've unsubscribed multiple times. Really poor

Most unhelpful people. I have problems with travel and asked for help with my mental problem. Nothing was offered. Now I been kicked out because I couldn't attend lessons . I keep on getting emails saying if I need any help. I hope anyone who may have medical problems keeps away from birkbeck as you will find your not welcome

If you decide to pay the £9,250 yearly fee to study at this university, get ready to be betrayed, silenced, ostracised, ignored, and shunned when you raise an issue. Not only do they not adhere to rules and regulations, they will also disclose your personal information.

Academic content actually quite good but virtually no tuition as you have to teach yourself. No feedback unless you demand it. Results release are terrible , remember my first year waiting almost a year for results. After spending almost £?0,000 + on fees. Nothing to show. Admin at college and University of London is absolutely dreadful. Many weeks if months to respond. Usually negatively. Ripping off students !
Only positive is Course Director Dr M.Harris without him course would collapse !

Terrible staffing, is disorganized, which causes anxiety for its students. The lecturers are the only reason I gave them two stars - they are fantastic scholars. I am writing this as a current student. The ASK system we use for inquiries is good but two people may say completely different things which resulted in me handing in an essay late - major anxiety. I would not recommend this university because the administration is poor.

im currently doing an economics module with Prof Junting Yu. I am writing this reference because I am FINALLY understanding what I am being taught. I like the prof's way of teaching, the topic finally makes sense and I can understand the need of theorisation of concepts, whereas I didn't understand this before. This week we are doing institutions and I love the way she breaks it down to show why institutions are important both financially and politically. also I never used to understand 'marginal' costs. but Prof Yu put it in a really simple to understand way. the cost of making one more unit. and I think why didn't anyone tell me this before? it's quite simple when its explained properly. I am enjoying this term, I like the way the timetable appears to be simplified. I am also enjoying preparing for lectures and attending them.

Honestly- I’m at Birkbeck & I’ve NEVER been SO frustrated in my life. The inefficiency here is EPIC!! It just took me 20 minutes to find my lecture room.

I did my masters at Westminster & my LPC. I wholeheartedly recommend that institution.

Birkbeck has great lecturers- if you can find the lecture rooms or the material.

Hello , My name is Zakria Sajjad . I was enrolled for 2020 certificate for allied medicine but was not able to continue to do study.
One of the main reason WAS COVID - 19 and My bad health condition I contacted them they did not offered me any kind of support and asked me to pay in FULL even I did not attend any class IN PERSON. and fee department is not picking my call for more then 6 months !!

RIPPING OFF POOR STUDENTS !!
