Branch closed on day of appointment!!
I made an appointment in June for ear wax removal at 9.30 am on 7 July. I received a reminder on the 6th and cycled to my appointment arriving at 9.25 am to find a notice saying closed for staff training. I rang the branch to find it was closed all day. The staff certainly need training, this was absolutely appalling customer service.

The appointment went well even though I was a bit late. She explained everything I needed to know about my eyes exam and the results of them. Also explain the results and treatment and would need for the future.
