Customer experience
I spent many weeks looking for the replacement car my wife and I wanted. We were fortunate to find the right one at BAV motor co in Pyle Bridgend. The sales staff were very polite and made us feel welcome. There was no sales pressure at all and we took as long as we liked viewing the car we had chosen. They serviced and MOT,d the car for us and even gave 12months AA breakdown cover as part of the deal. I would recommend BAV to anyone looking for a quality car and great customer service.

Great experience buying my dream car
My experience was great. I was left with the car to have a good look and a drive with no pressure to buy.
The sales team were easy to deal with and all the little bits we agreed on were done before I took delivery of the car.
I would certainly look them up next time I need a new car.

We had been looking for a mini Cooper…
We had been looking for a mini Cooper Auto for some time and all were over 100 miles away. We found a very clean and reasonable mileage (58000) on a 10 plate Mini Cooper at BAV - attended and dealt with Tudor throughout the process of buying the car and arranging part exchange with my wives older (one owner since new 52 plate) Mini Cooper.
Tudor was knowledgeable, attentive, and very fair in arranging a full MOT and Repairs and Service on our new car. It was a pleasurable experience from start to finish and I would 100% recommend using B.A.V for any used car purchasing and servicing in the future. 10/10

I found the whole experience excellent. From my initial enquiry, Gerald rang back when promised and kept me up to date. I had great confidence to travel from London to collect the car I wanted.
I was not disappointed. The description was spot on and it drove effortlessly for the 4.5 hrs homeward journey. A great price, great people. Highly recommend!!

An outstanding experience from start to…
An outstanding experience from start to finish. Gerald and his wife were friendly, welcoming, and highly professional throughout. I part-exchanged my vehicle and received a very fair deal against a lovely Mitsubishi Outlander.
I travelled three hours from the Midlands to view the car, and it was exactly as described in the advert – no surprises, just honest and transparent service.
I would highly recommend BAV Motors to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Five-star service all the way. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We recently bought my son’s first car. AudiA3. We travelled over 4 hours so were a bit apprehensive. The car was exactly as described and a lovely clean car. The price was competitive and most of all no hard sales patter. The journey home was really smooth and very pleased with the car. Great experience would highly recommend!

Stay away!
Took my holding deposit with a promise of having it back, no explanation of Terms and conditions, said they were putting the car back on sale with my holding fee then ignored several emails requesting money back or even offering a solution. Still yet to receive any “holding” fee back. Didn’t care about anything I had to say. Underlines everyone’s bad experience when buying a car asked to speak to the manager or the ceo and was told that they don’t speak to customers on a face value, mental - Avoid at all costs

At Bav Motor Company, we aim to be clear and transparent regarding all holding deposits. Our holding fees are subject to agreed terms and conditions, which are explained at the time of reservation. These deposits are used to remove the vehicle from sale for a specified period.
We certainly do not ignore customer communications, and we take any concerns regarding deposits very seriously. If there has been any misunderstanding or delay, that is not our intention, and we would welcome the opportunity to resolve this matter properly.
Senior management are always available to review cases where needed, and we’re more than happy to look into this for you as a priority.
