Wouldn't go anywhere else
I started with Battery Station because other online suppliers were sending me nothing but fakes and knock-offs. All BS stuff seems genuine. Prices and service are good and I've stuck with them.

Unreliable outfit
Batteries not delivered 8 days later.
Tracking system does not work, so I could not check the status of my order.
Poor service as I had to buy them locally today. Very disappointing service.

I have just looked at your order and I can see that we have already refunded you for your order when you advised it had not been delivered by Hermes. We apologise for the inconvenience here and unfortunately orders do go missing from time to time. We dispatch them on time and we are then in the hands of the couriers. The service levels we are given are below 100% unfortunately.

Good Prices & Quick Delivery
I ordered some multi-pack AA & AAA cells after business hours on Tuesday 27th Oct, opting for the economy 3-5 day in transit delivery. My order was acknowledged and dispatched the following day (Wed 28th) and delivered by Hermes during the morning of Friday 30th (2 days in transit - bonus). The order was securely packaged and I paid a good price for product and delivery. I have used Battery Station before and will continue to use them. Highly recommended

as long as your item works they are fine but as soon as you report a faulty battery they start accusing you that its your fault and it hasn't happened before. yes I got a refund but I didn't need the "as it may be highly likely that the same issue will occur again" bit.your emails state - "We don't believe there is anything wrong with the battery. We sell hundreds of them and we've not had any issues and there is no recall on the batch. We know from experience that single cells don't really end up being faulty, it's normally a problem on the batch if any" and "We have had previous no issues with this product or batch. I have proceeded to refund you for your order rather than send a replacement, as it may be highly likely that the same issue will occur again.". and your saying you didn't accuse me. maybe word your emails better

We only emailed 2 minutes ago, and your review is up already :-)
Correctly put, we refunded your order in full without any quibbles because you stated the battery would not work. We explained politely that we were refunding you as the other option was to get the battery back from you, charge it up on one of our chargers and then test it, which would probably take a week or so. As we have no other faulty batteries in that batch and no manufacturer recalls, we're confident the battery is okay.
There were no accusations in the email at all. None whatsoever. We did not say it was your fault. The reason we wrote 'it is highly likely the same issue will occur again' is because more than 99.9% of the time, it is the charger that is faulty, or the battery is the wrong size for the device, or the device is faulty.
To save you the time and messing around, we simply refunded you instead. I'm not really sure why you're offended. Most customers would prefer the 'no messing around' option.

Very prompt delivery, but one of the batteries was incorrect. immediately replaced on a Sunday. very good service as mistake promptly dealt with, everyone makes the occasional mistake, but how they correct it counts. would definately use again.

Good products and great service
Good products and great service.
We had an issue with the courier which was a pain but Customer services were quick to respond, very polite and exremely helpful. I always say anyone can be good when everything is going well. The true test is how they respond when it goes awry.
On this basis I have given them a five star rating, will happily use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

So batteries arrived damaged as package…
So batteries arrived damaged as package looked like it had been dropped. Thrown some of the batteries away and complained. The customer service is arrogant to say the least and said basically it’s our fault for throwing them away? How ridiculous. I would be very wary ordering from this company as they don’t stand up to there responsibility to the customer.

Unfortunately the customer has no way to substantiate his claim here. He did not originally contact us but left a negative review. We then advised that it was a shame we were not given an opportunity to rectify the situation. The customer then advised us, that he had thrown the products away as his wife thought they were counterfeit.
We have explained that you cannot simply throw products away, and then expect a refund or a replacement and that he would find that to be the case from any retailer. He did not even provide photos of the damaged products. We have no way of seeing what has happened, and not way of getting the products back.
The customer also has a responsibility. If the customer receives damaged or defective items, in fact if the customer wants to reject the items for any reason, they have a right to. However, they have a responsibility to inform the supplier in a timely manner and to have the rejected products available for return. Not to simply throw them out and then expect more.
The customer contacted us over a month after the items were received, and over a month after they had thrown them away.
Arrived promptly exactly as ordered.

Slow delivery and wrong packs
Ordered 4 x 24 pack varta batteries batteries for a specific reason. Batterystation chose to substitute paper 8 packs instead without asking.
Poor service really if there not in stock don’t sell them. I would have gone elsewhere.
You didn’t offer to return as I didn’t complain to you they only arrived an hour ago. Please don’t make things up.
Agent apologised quickly and admitted it was a mistake and gave additional info. cheers
