Initially the purchase (sink in cistern toilet) was fine, and the product as described. However, typically like any big company when you need help if something goes wrong, the service was awful. Our toilet flush mechanism broke after a couple of years and while I don't expect it to be covered under warranty, I'd expect that parts for these products would be kept for a number of years considering A) the importance of the item and B) the nature of it being fitted into your house and C) the cost of full replacement. It's a very good job that this is our second toilet as its unusable, and this has dragged on for 4 months or so. At this point I'm still trying to get an answer on the part number for the flush mechanism as they don't keep them in stock. I've spoken to a number of different people, sent over a dozen emails, and reminders, keep being told the same thing "We're waiting for the part number". Classic big business behaviour, all about the sale, no thought about looking after the customer. The service would be akin to something that would need flushing down the toilet...if only it were working.

I had tried to find a bathroom goods outlet near me where I could see a Combination Toilet and Sink, and failed. Whilst visiting family I saw Bathshop321 come up. I went to the showroom, the item was in stock, on display, and a very helpful salesman assisted me.
It has now been installed and is just right for the situation. I'm very glad I found Bathshop321 on the internet and that they have a big well-stocked showroom.

The support on taking the order was great but the logistics team whom Bathshop use to deliver are questionable. A delivery 3 hours earlier is significant, to then have taken the incorrect contact details meant the delivery was on its way back to the warehouse. Next day delivery again 3 hour time difference but delivery accepted ....item missing. Next day delivery discovered more items missing ...legs to the bath, pretty essential part for the plumber. Next day delivery ...no items appeared, spoke to Manager assured me of 4 day delivery, bath legs never appeared. A week on from initial delivery and no complete order, missing bath legs were sourced by the plumber so he could fit, a week later than planned. Complaint sent to David manager at Bathshop to date no ackniwledgement.

Purchased a shower screen over the phone to collect in their shop within a few days. Didn't receive any emails confirming delivery etc. Called them and they said its now not due in for over 2 months (nobody was going to let me know). I asked to cancel/refund and was told that was being put through. Again no email confirmation, no refund. Contacted again, was told that it had been requested to accounts team but there were some team members off. Again no refund and no emails, contacted again and was told same story, its been requested and should've been done, still no refund.

I wouldn't trust this company, never had such poor service and lack of communication.

I ordered a black edge shower screen from this company, the wrong colour order was delivered. I spoke to someone on the phone who stated they would organise collection and deliver the new shower screen on Monday. A few days later a man came to collect the shower screen but no replacement was delivered ? Company then stated that a new shower screen would be delivered on Tuesday, I took another day off work and rang the company to check, they started it wasn’t being delivered until Thursday. On Thursday I had a message with delivery times, took another day of work…. yet again not delivered. I rang the company who stated the item was not getting delivered that day and could not tell me why. They said they could schedule another delivery for the next week but they suggested a refund. Therefore I cancelled my order. 4 days off work in total and no shower screen, do not buy from this company.

DO NOT BUY. SCAMMERS. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Purchased a bath with panels 10-6. Delivery 20-6 PANEL ONLY. NO bath??? Said...delivery next week, then an email, sorry 4 weeks!!!! Asked for a refund...they want their panels back. Fine. Picked up 5 days ago, I've sent about 6 emails asking where my refund is (as they wouldn't until the panels were returned) and NOT ONE REPLY. Not even a ' it will be refunded within 5 working days'. NOTHING. SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I had originally ordered a shower cubicle from Mano Mano, It is a long story please read their website for any more information on how bad the service was. However, I source the product had come originally from Bathshop321. As the parcel has not arrived from the other company? I enquired this morning directly to Bathshop321 and spoke with Mike Murphy. He has literally renewed my faith in online shopping. Mike could not have been more helpful and understanding of the situation He has arranged to send out a replacement product, (as the first never arrived) for the first available delivery on Monday the 17th of June.
So a big shout-out to Mike Murphy, for his polite and courteous customer-service; here’s hoping the delivery company doesn’t let you down. Thank you!
