Despite their reassurance of assistance, no one got back to me to address my complaint.

Order number 1004004370940, ordered on 8th aug, by the 17th aug still no delivery, tracking number that was provided isn't active, called bathroom takeaway, apparently they cant get hold of the delivery company and will call back, still waiting, reply by an agent called jack repeated the same. Very poor.

I have can confirm that your raised your order 08/08/2026 and you order was dispatched to UPN on 13/08/2026.
I checked the tracking for your order on UPN's site and it was in fact working and displayed your tracking information.
When our customer service team investigated this, it would appear the delay was caused due to an unforeseen circumstance within the couriers network.
I can see that you have spoken to our customer service team who have since raised your refund as you could not wait for the courier to deliver.

Unbelievable pricing and quality
Easy website to navigate through and payment system was hassle free. Very competitive pricing and my 4 x Victorian style cast iron radiators arrived within days, all very well packaged. The quality of the radiators exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend using Bathroom Takeaway, not only for the quality of the product (for me Victorian radiators), however, the pricing was unbelievable and came perfectly packaged.

Please do not use Parcelforce again for…
Please do not use Parcelforce again for product deliveries! I ordered various products from 7 suppliers, including yourself, to renovate my bathroom. Every supplier, including one who suffered from a fire on their premises delivered within 5 working days except your company. Parcelforce delivered a shower waste I ordered from you after 3 working days but the shower tray couldn't be delivered that day because my address was 'inaccessible'. Their promised redelivery didn't occur the next day and now Parcelforce can't find the shower tray in their depot. I have to pay the installer to return another day to install the shower. Everything else in the bathroom is done. It's very disappointing! I hope the shower tray quality can begin to offset this poor experience.
