Fantastic Customer Service and Communication
We have had a fantastic experience with Bathroom Takeaway. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, and we were kept well informed throughout regarding our delivery updates and arrival.
Due to an error on our part, we ordered an item in the wrong size. However, the customer service team have been extremely helpful, friendly and supportive in helping us resolve the issue.
We would highly recommend Bathroom Takeaway and would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Beautiful colours
I ordered 10 radiators from Bathroom Takeaway for a house renovation. They are all beautiful colours and seem a good quality. We are yet to install them. The ordering process was very easy and the delivery was prompt. Very happy with the purchase.

Constantly chasing an order which seems…
Constantly chasing an order which seems to have been split into different deliveries on different days (it’s only 5 items) it’s been a week since ordering and I am still waiting on a shower screen. Bathroom takeaways excuses range from “oh the items just arrived in stock” to blaming the courier (dx dont get me e wrong the guy delivering on both occasions so far will single handedly put your items through a multipoint intense crash test on his way down your garden path). Overall thoughts AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the delays and any confusion.
I have investigated your query and I can see you raised your order 29/09 and dispatched 02/10. The reason for this delay was due to an item temporarily being out of stock.
You contacted us 01/10 and were advised the above and that the items were due for dispatch 02/10.
The courier separated the items while in transit to the delivery depot and 3/5 items were delivered the next working day 05/10.
Unfortunately the remaining 2 items were damaged in transit which you have since been refunded for.
I do sincerely apologise for the issue you have experienced and we will be investigating this further with our courier.

Excellent quality, great value and very pleased with everything
We ordered almost everything we needed for our new bathroom from Bathroom Takeaway, including a black corner shower enclosure and tray, Calgary toilet, RAK basin and pedestal, matt black basin tap, concealed shower system and matching black shower lights.
We were genuinely impressed with the quality, especially considering the prices. The matt black fittings look modern and expensive, and everything works really well together to give the bathroom a smart, coordinated finish. The shower enclosure and concealed shower in particular look fantastic.
The price with free delivery was impressive too, which we felt was excellent value for a complete bathroom suite and fittings of this quality.
Everything arrived as expected and we had a very positive experience from ordering through to installation. We would definitely use Bathroom Takeaway again and would happily recommend them to anyone renovating a bathroom.
5 stars from us – excellent value for money and a great finished result.
