There are a big choice of shower hoses…
There are a big choice of shower hoses with comparable prices. The delivery cost, however, extremely high at £9.95 for a very small parcel.
Unfortunately, I had to return the hose, as I got wrong advice from the manufacturer and needed a different one for our shower head. I had no issue with returning the item and get refund, it was quite easy. However, with the return postage at £4.25 I was out of packet by £14.20.

Delivery received - thanks
Just to say that my order for a toilet and sink arrived safely today – all items received and undamaged. Compliments to yourselves for the very prompt dispatch and delivery, and also to your courier who also provided a first-class service. The driver was very particular about the safe handling of all the parts and ensuring the delivery was made correctly – very refreshing to get this high standard of care and attention.

The initial discussions of the perfect walk-shower bath to suit my requirements (recovering from a stroke) Bathroom Supplies Online were very helpful in choosing the right one. Brad Innes added the choreography lighting.

I order the flush button and I needed…
I order the flush button and I needed urgently but when placed the order, after 1 day I've been told that it is out of stock and would take 6-7 weeks to deliver. This was specific colour that I needed urgently to finish my bathroom. Chinese supplier was providing the similar item quite cheaper than bathroomsuppliesonline.com but delivery was at least 1 week. Very poor service, now after 1 week chasing for the refund and ordered from other place.

Hi Ritesh,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, and please accept my apologies for the delay with your order.
After checking our records, I can see that we notified you straight away that the item was out of stock and advised of the manufacturer’s lead time. Unfortunately, this lead time is out of our control.
Since placing the order, we haven’t received any further contact from you. Your order will, of course, be dispatched as soon as the products become available.
I completely understand your frustration with the delay, and if you’d prefer not to wait, we’d be happy to arrange a full refund immediately.
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you’d like to discuss this further - we’re always happy to help.

Brad

Hi Sandra,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and we’re sorry to hear that the product wasn’t the right size for your bath.
We always aim to provide as much detail as possible on our product pages, including full measurements and specifications, to help customers choose the correct item before ordering. In this case, the dimensions for the Vado bath pop-up waste were clearly listed on the website.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to verify the sizing requirements of individual installations, so we do rely on customers checking the measurements prior to purchase. We appreciate that it’s frustrating when something doesn’t fit as expected, and we’re glad you were able to find an extension to make it work.
If there’s anything we can do to assist further, please feel free to contact us.

Brad

Awesome service from this company.
I always think you can tell a lot about a company when things don’t go to plan. I had an issue with an order and Brad couldn’t have been more helpful, I had a replacement on my doorstep within 48 hours of notifying them I had a problem even though I discovered the issue after some time. Great job guys, keep up the good work, I will definitely be back!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
