Got a price literally only 3 weeks ago..Ordered them. Was expecting around Xmas.Literally saved 100s and windows were in in no time.Couldnt fault this company

I have a 300 year listed building which had fallen into ruin. The windows were long gone and HED requested particular types and finishes to be met.
I met Dermot and Robin from Baskil windows and they said they could meet the spec and offered some fantastic solutions. Came in below our budget and they look far better than I ever imagined. The day of fitting the team where down on site and everything went to plan and the guys were great with no hassle’s.
I cannot recommend highly enough. Just fantastic.

To date we have had the most professional engagement with Dermot. He has recently arrived to document a couple of very minor snags and have them resolved. He was recommended by our builder and he has been a pleasure to work with throughout.

I’ve had a great service and experience at the design stage, with a high quality finished product supplied (also good after care at snag stage!).

I am very surprised to see good reviews for Baskil Window Systems. After 2 and a half years I have 4 faulty window handles and 1 that has completely broken off. It would also appear that 3 of my windows wont close completely. Turns out they have only a 1 year warranty and £95 call out charge to inspect. Incredible. I understand why there is a 1 year warranty...they won't last you much longer than that! And then you foot the bill to replace. If I pay to replace these handles now, will I only get another 2 years vefore they need replaced again? Avoid at all costs.

love my new windows from Baskil window systems. The process of having them installed was so easy under the guidance, advice and approachability of Shane. Shane managed the measuring, ordering, delivery and installation with efficiency and professionalism that made me feel comfortable and assured. Pat and Dan fitted the windows, arriving at the pre arranged time, using their expertise, knowledge and skill to do a perfect job with a perfect finish, without leaving any mess or damage to walls. The service provided by Baskils was excellent and I would happily reccomend Baskils and their team ...it was a pleasure doing business 😊

We are delighted with our new windows and doors. Dermot is so professional, skilled & has an abundances of knowledge that he helped make our choices on the design and type of door/windows we wanted so simple . Excellent communication throughout the process and the level of workmanship was above and beyond. We can understand how they’re are so highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again have referenced Baskil to many of my friends & work colleagues.

We had a centre pane shattering on a triple glazed unit two and a half years after fitting. On contacting Baskil I had to pay £95 call out fee for examination of the window, which I thought was a bit steep given that no fault could be attached to me, and also given that the company are still fitting windows in the Castlegate Development where we live. I was told that there is no guarantee on inner or outer pane faults at all, but a 5 year warranty on the inner pane. Brendan arrived a week later to measure the unit and returned a week later to install the unit. Brendan was friendly and professional and I would give him 5 stars.

Couldn’t recommend enough Dermot and service provided by the complete team. Delivery date was agreed and windows were installed on the date as agreed. No issue in using Baskil on future project or recommending Dermot for service provided

Great experience from measuring, pricing, and explanation of products.
Fitting was straightforward and seamless. All the work was checked over within 2 days by their quality control team.

Dermot is very informative and easy to work with. We have used him on numerous projects and is always helpful. The project we are using baskil on this time is a large house and very close to Passive standards. The windows are an excellent product and fit within this project very well
