As is well known, many companies ignore inquiries from potential clients.
Fortunately, this is a completely different case.
I sought the Barristerconnect to assist in obtaining permission for appeal.
Before I received a court decision that I considered erroneous and unfair.
I was initially refused permission to appeal and some lawyers also advised me that I would not be able to obtain permission to appeal anyway.
Nevertheless, the a barrister Mr. Cooper did a great job and managed to obtain permission for appeal.
I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Cooper for his excellent work and to Mrs Nastassi Jennings for her assistance and prompt, informative responses.

Initially, after going it alone and starting an early conciliation claim with ACAS and a subsequent discrimination claim with the employment tribunal (as a litigant in person), it wasn’t long before I realised I was in over my head.
