Arrived on time and looks a good…
Arrived on time and looks a good quality barrier. Packaging was literally ripped to pieces so perhaps that could have been improved but does not detract from the product.

Rapid delivery and a great product.
A simple phone call at 3pm on the Wednesday and the item was on a truck and had arrived at my home inside 24 hours. No questions asked - insane level of customer service when you consider this is a 40kg parking security post I had requested.

Rubbish service, sell express delivery on items, which they can't deliver,
You call for an eta and they have no clue on where, when your delivery will be,
Still awaiting for goods I have paid for now, and still they can't provide an eta,

Great item, fit for purpose.
I was looking on line for an outdoor door mat. I found exactly what I required on the Barriers Direct website. The one I purchased is really good, as, in wet weather, the water drains through. Also, muddy shoes are easily scrubbed off on the honeycomb pattern of the mat.
I am very pleased with my purchase, and I was advised by email when to expect my parcel. It was, incidentally delivered a day before the appointed date.
