I knew exactly which car I was buying — I just needed to make sure it was in good mechanical condition and check the specs during the test drive. Everything went great, thanks to the manager David Spaul, who was with me during the test drive — we drove for about 1.5 hours, not just a quick loop around the dealership. The experience at Group 1 Skoda Maidstone was fantastic because from start to finish Keiran made me feel at ease, I never once felt pressured and he really listened to what I wanted/needed.
I told him my budget and he worked with this to get the vehicle we purchased.
I explained that I did not know much about Skoda cars or how well they drove but he did not hesitate in offering a test drive. I test drove 2 different Karoq cars and ended up purchasing the car I test drove first.
