Although I didn’t book a in person visit, the helpful chap gave me some good help and advice over the phone taking a few minutes of his time, very helpful.

Ordered my ABS keys from card on Sunday and received my keys on Tuesday - really helped me out of hole.

Superb service - ordered key caps that were delivered the next day. Not a big order but still got excellent customer service. Will be using them again....

Absolutely faultless, couldn’t find our code so ordered using the photo option and the keys fit perfectly, delivered ND would highly recommended.

Superb. Tenants lost and snapped both front door keys and didn’t have any code for a replacement. However, Barnsley Lock and safe cut 2 perfect keys from a photo. Saved us a new lock. 100% recommend.

Today is the 9th working day and still nothing, have sent thousands of parcels myself using Royal Mail 1st class service and never had this much of a delay at all. Seem to think this company did not even send anything out, asked about proof of postage and was ignored.

Would not recommend them at all, poor comnunication andunreliable when you need a set of keys.

I have had other parcels delivered that were ordered from other companies even on a slower service.

Good advice and then quick delivery after ordering. They were happy to give me an update on dispatch estimate as I had appointments to make. Have used them a couple of times before and would not hesitate to recommend the company.

Brilliant service from these guys, order one day got the keys next day. Didn't have the code so they worked from a photo I sent. Keys work as good as the originals. I liked that I could change the fob colour

Amazing turnaround on x5 ABS keys for key-alike locks previously purchased from here... ordered 0500 Thursday, on my desk 1030 Friday.
Over the years I've bent the original keys, providing the security code required for new keys, these replacements fit perfectly.
Very reasonable price including despatch, VERY fast production whats not to like.

Ordered extra house keys using the code on the master keys for our new front door lock, the price was reasonable, they used the original branded blanks and delivery was quick. All the keys were cut perfectly. Much better than the place we had to get keys for our old lock from.
