After discussing my 2 year old Adria Twin Supreme motorhome I was wanting to sell with the owner Charlie over the telephone Thursday afternoon & agreeing a fair price subject to inspection I was not disappointed. I arrived at their Pontefract depot at 12 noon & met with Charlie for the first time. He had a quick look around & told me he had spotted a small dint, but said don't worry about that, yes it looks fine he said. I'll just get my righthand man Phil to have a look at that large Rooflight which needed a little work on it. Phil had a quick look & said yes its nothing & that was it full price no arguing. By 1.15pm I was leaving with the full payment in my bank account. I would recommend this Adria main dealer to anyone. I was especially impressed with the huge range of new Adria caravans & the friendly staff, thanks again Charlie.

FIRST CLASS AFTER SALES SERVICE ONCE AGAIN

Once more we have received further excellent post sales Customer Service from this “first class” caravan and motorhome dealership. Charlie and the team are simply the best, and I have to say they leave many other dealerships very far behind. Excellent after sales service is almost a rarity these days but at Barnsdale Leisure it is simply “what they do”. I cannot thank them enough for the care and support they’ve given to us and would not dream of using another dealership when we come to renew our caravan. All I can say is a huge “thank you” to Charlie, Rhonda, and Nigel at Barnsdale for all you have done. We greatly appreciate it, and Jill and I wish Barnsdale Leisure every success for the future……….you certainly deserve it !!!

After a difficult warranty process we were given Charlie of Barnsdale Leisure as a contact who could help us. And help he did!! He kept us informed, dealt with Adria on our behalf and always took calls or called back. A successful outcome was the result and we can't speak highly enough of the attention we have had from Charlie and his team.

We bought new fiat motorhome last year from this company and sold our old VW T3 - great condition and so we love 4 berth sun living with Adria and is great motorhome and also their staff were great to support us for any help and no problem to do great service.

Worth to visit the venue and give you good advice in many range.
