Found Bandmix to be excellent at getting my profile noticed and received quite a few invitations to jam with some good musos.

Seems like a mixed bag for some people. I made contact several times from my profile. Completely filled out with pictures and video. There are flakes and fakes everywhere so it's not the site's fault.

I probably used less than 50% of what the site offers but it worked on my end and never had any issues.

I don't know why people are paying for this when you can message band members for free lol. I had the free version and it worked great for me. Talked to a few great musicians but nothing ever happened due to my own schedule getting in the way. The site itself is functional and seems ok. Don't expect immediate responses, be patient...good things take time. Anywho, the only "major" complaint I had was that I wish the site looked a little more up to date. The appeal of the site seemed to be lacking in my opinion. Other than that I had no issues.

Absolutely waste of time, effort and money. Most of the posts you see are not real people but bots, fake accounts as no one ever responds back to your messages no matter what you write ask offer or say, and no one ever contacts you . Yet they will keep advertising day in week out month after month year after year, same profile, all active but never responding to your messages or contacting you EVER . You will NEVER find a musician to work with and will spend hours of your life scrolling these ads of FAKE PEOPLE that DON’T EXIST or are the stupidest arrogant wannabe time wasters who get a kick out of advertising themselves just to get messages to make themselves feel popular but who have no intention of following up . Probably because they are useless musicians or not even musicians or using it as a dating site

Abismal site, provided by a bunch of crooks. Cancelled Premium membership which they acknowledged, yet still taking payment thru Paypal. Having read a number of reviews Im not the only one to have this experience.
Site like this should be taken down.

Messaged 15 other musicians, only two got back to me, and weren't interested.
Total waste of money.
Dunno what's going on with it, but it's not fit for purpose in my experience.

Es una estafa en toda regla. Aunque tú te hagas premium no puedes contactar con otras personas o bandas si no es a través de su mensajería. Para más colmo si esas personas no son premium no verán nunca tus mensajes.
Ah! Y cuando te suscribes por un mes, automáticamente se activa la renovación automática de la cuota, así que Sorpresa! Cuando te das cuenta ya tienes el cargo en la cuenta de nuevo.
Lo considero un timo, inservible y una pérdida de tiempo y dinero.

Um Nachrichten schreiben zu können muss man 10 Euro bezahlen. Erhält jedoch nie Antworten obwohl die Benutzer angeblich Online sind oder waren. Also bitte Finger weg von der Plattform und nach Alternativen suchen.

I signed up to find a drummer on Bandmix, they notified me that they take another payment of £25 if I did not cancel my subscription which I did. After several emails back and forth they are still refusing to provide me with a refund as I do not need the service. I have asked to speak to the owner of Bandmix but they are now just ignoring me.

I think that this is just a big con and do not intend to use them anymore. I have found now you can get better musicians on Facebook

Unfortunately, the band I was working for had issues and drama. I wish them the best as they go their separate ways.

I stumbled onto bandmix through a facebook ad and it turned out to be serendipity. I was able to finally get back into playing music after a very long hiatus and I also made some great friends for life through the service. Great experience. Musicians should check it out.

As others have stated, I messaged loads of people and never got replies. I dont trust this site at all....

I was a paying member, my experience was most people I asked to even jam refused, and the ones that did needed music lessons. None knew music theory and basic chords. Musicians? That is highly questionable.

You are way to expensive for the service provided. Please provide a refund.

This website is a big joke to me I signed up and no responses. People is all about looking for band members and no action. If your not serious about looking for band members don't sign up!!.

Found top musicians through Bandmix and have now formed a band thanks to this site. Can't recommend highly enough.

I moved to my location from another state and didn't know anyone. BandMix just fell in my lap one day when I was on the net. I took a chance and created an account. It was really easy to create an account, post photos and even videos. It didn't take long before I started to get some interest. Then one day I got a message and an invitation for an audition. I GOT IT!!!! This is the band I have been looking for my whole life. It was like divine intervention. Thank you BandMix. You have made it possible for me to live my dreams.

Estos son unos listos: se aprovechan de gente que quiere tocar en grupos para venderles un "TINDER" para músicos.
Desde el minuto 1 te venden que te pases a Premium, que al final te va a dar igual que pagues, porque si la mayoría de gente no paga, aunque les escribas ellos no van a poder leer.
Me parece que esta web no busca dar un servicio y si eso, ganar dinero generando valor. No, lo que buscan es sacarte pasta sin darte un servicio y por el camino vender tus datos al mejor postor.
