They messed up my order right off the bat. I will say they did fix that. However, I don't think it would have been fixed had I not sent messages trying to find out what happened.

We apologize for the Ballcap Buddy coming open. This is why we highly recommend, as it says on the directions, to use the top rack of the dishwasher. It is safer and the Ballcap Buddy and your cap dont move around. Washing machines are different everywhere and they are more and more like commercial machines. This is also why we say NEVER use in a front loading washing machine. If you need a replacement Ballcap Buddy, please let us know and we will be happy to replace it.

From baseball to golf, we have used the Ballcap Buddy for years. I highly recommend it to anyone that owns a baseball cap! Using Ballcap Buddy helps the cap keep it's shape during the washing process. I Love it and you will too!

Awesome Product - Great Value
Hi - Bought a Ballcap Buddy for my husband several years ago. After using it the first few times, we ordered several more! Finally, his hats were truly clean and came out looking and smelling like new! Excellent value - a MUST HAVE!

Ball cap budd
For the longest time, I needed to wash my hats and would do so by any means necessary. Yes, they always came clean but never fit the same. This ball cap buddy is definitely the way to go. Still washing but now it fits my head the same.
