Balgores Property Anmeldelser

Very Very impressive work done by Peter Walker. Definitely recommend as he is the best mortgage broker ever seen!!

We recently remortgaged with Daniels help and couldn't recommend his service enough. Professional from beginning to end and made sure we got what's best for our family during these tumultuous times.

If you’re looking for a brilliant and pro active agent, who has experience and has the best interest of the seller and buyers you have to use Allannah at Balgores estate agents in Chelmsford. I am a single women and have been looking to sell my house and she arranged the viewing asap with my Tennant and fitted around her, also l could message her any time and she would respond asap even on Sunday.

I was very impressed with Charlie and his team. I had no experience of selling a property by auction but Charlie’s experience gave me confidence. He ensured I was kept up to date at each stage and I am so pleased I took his advice. Thanks to Charlie and his team’s hard work, the house sold for a much higher price than I expected and the process was quick and painless. Contracts were exchanged at the end of the auction and completion will be in 28 days. There is no chance of the buyer trying to re-negotiate on the price or trying to delay the sale. I would definitely use Balgores again and would recommend them as they were both efficient and professional.

Highly recommended! Undoubtedly the best service i’ve received, having spoken to multiple companies in terms of my lend and where i was at. The enthusiasm and personal touch delivered by their mortgage team and more specifically Cemalie (Gemma) goes unmatched. She really supported me throughout the process, even after delivering their service made a conscious effort to keep track of my progress and offer advice.

These are people that love what they do and its not just another paycheque.

They never answer to the phone and only requires you to complete a form.
I personally think this is wrong because not all the necessary Information are available . As for example I have to enquire about the pets if accepted by the property and I have to complete a form . Plus never heard back so I stop completing them and avoingin any advert posted by them as they are useless!

I honestly cannot recommend Peter and Claire and Balgores enough!

Nothing was too much trouble, no question was too silly to ask and they were there for us 24/7 throughout our moving process.

The best thing we did for our move was having them on our team and I would 1000% advise anyone else to us their help.

Thank you both so so much. We will always be grateful!

Absolutely fantastic advice and service from Mortgage Advisor Peter and Assistant Claire (MAB). Communication was regular, professional and timely. Claire was proactive at following up any solicitor queries and Peter was contactable at all hours and always responded quickly! Top man!

Balgores Property has been an amazing service, the team there really did take the time to find me the perfect home that met my requirements. I have now moved in to my property.

The reason why I have given this 3 stars and not 5 which I personally would of, is because they referred me to their in-house solicitors - AVRillo.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM !

I was quoted by the solicitors 2K but by the end of it i had to end up paying over £3,700, absolute joke !

This puts Balgores in a bad light as this is a service you recommend and offered.

This has hugely put me out of pocket.

Great team. The whole process was explained from day one and made simple. There was no hidden cost. They were very helpful and even went all the way to help with further unexpected issue. Would definitely recommend for their service. Thank you Abi & Mackenzie

Service was amazing and so fast!
I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else, Thankyou Abi and Mackensie!!

Excellent service and very proffesional team. I would highly recommend them. Glenn and Claire are great to work with. Glenn arranged my mortgage - very fast and proffesional service.
Thank you!

This organisation helped us to sell our existing house and purchase our new house. They took all of the stress and aggravation out of this process making it easy and straightforward for us. Nothing was too much trouble. They were unfailing in their limitless patience from the number of times they made themselves available to show us and our contractors our potential new house to the numerous times they helped us navigate the online conveyancing. Their knowledge of the market was spot on and their in-depth knowledge of their customer needs both ours and our buyers and sellers meant that they were able to smooth over any potential problems before they had time to materialise. Excellent service and customer care. We would certainly recommend them unreservedly especially Billy and would have no hesitation in using them for any other moves that we may make.

A great experience working with Paul and Billy at the Ongar Branch. We would definitely recommend them.

This was over a year ago now as we sold our parents house billy and paul at the ongar branch couldnt of made this any easier at this sad time helpful and friendly as always

As soon as we wanted to sell our home we went to Balgores Hayes and was met with Paul Hayes who you can only describe as a very experienced estate agent every thing he assured as was carried out and was professional in every aspect. His team were a credit to him especially Billy who we were in contact with more regularly.
The photos produced were amazing and the constant contact kept with us was very re-assuring we never had to chase them and the sale was completed without a hitch. On top of all this they were very nice people nothing was too much trouble.

Billy was great all the way through and worked very hard to get my purchase over the line. Always kept me up to date with what was going on at every step.

I successfully became a first time home owner with the help from Peter Walker and Claire. You gave me a great service, supported with all my questions and was just a text or phone call away, 7 days a week. This made the process seamless and stress free. Thank you so much for going the extra mile! I recommend Balgores property, specifically Peter!

P.S - He gives you 3 beautiful rules you need to start your new home!

Just completed the sale of my property. It has taken quite a while, but throughout the ups and downs Chris and Donna have held my hand and smoothed the path to completion. Whenever there was a tangle, they helped me to get through it.
I can’t express enough how grateful I am.

Mortgage Advice Bureau - always a fantastic service which is why we return and also recommend. Non judgmental advice and support when they're dealing with us who know nothing! Genuine and friendly service
