I have had 3 Trek bikes previously and all have been very good. This is my first electric Trek bike and haven’t yet had time to really use it but initial thoughts are that I am pleased with my purchase.
Early days but for a 10 mile commute to work, the bike is perfect. E assistance is just enough to make you feel like a strong tail wind pushing you up the inclines. It's inconspicuous as an e bike, and componentry is good enough for purpose without looking desirable to thieves.
Well made bike -my previous bike was a Trek. Shame it doesn’t have a quickly detachable front wheel….
£1,000 cheaper than from Trek, sensational value for money, and a lot of bike for the money too!
Easy to ride and well equipped, pity battery is not demountable, so need to take whole bike to the charger
