That is the best bike shop/service for bicycles.
The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly well-trained. They repaired my bike quickly and efficiently, and were happy to offer helpful advice for anything I needed. Highly recommended for anyone who wants top-notch service for their bicycle.

The various staff members are all very enthusiastic and seem to have great knowledge about bikes and accessories. All questions and queries were adequately answered.
Having visited other Balfe stores (Reigate) it seems to a common theme.
I would definitely recommend Balfes to prospective customers.

bike service
I am new to the area and this was my first time to Balfe's. The team is very attentive and I had my bicycle serviced in 4 days (it needed a lot of work and new parts). Good price and work done, now time to get back on the cycling commute!
