Far better staff than another bike chain I won't mention!
I was making my second bike purchase of the year (stolen bike!) and the professionalism, friendliness and patience of the Balfe staff was chalk and cheese compared to the slovenly unco-operative disinterested service I received from another national chain bike shop

Wonderful Human Service

As well as needing replacement parts I…
As well as needing replacement parts I had a small problem with my mech that the assistant was able to fix for no charge. I have always experienced very helpful staff at Westbourne Grove.

Staff were welcoming. Shop was busy, but time was taken to chose cycling shoes and pedals. Very knowledgeable about product and advice in using my purchase.

Great customer service
The customer service at Balfes Westbourne Grove is first class. The members of staff are friendly and knowledgeable and really go out of their way to help their customers. Can't recommend enough.
