Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service from bike selection through to collection. Wes was superb, offering great advice and suggested sizing.
Their communication was good informing me when the bike was available for collection.
A great local bike company with strong product knowledge and relaxed environment.

What a brilliant workshop
What a brilliant workshop. I came in with a puncture and although the mechanic was really busy, he very kindly fixed my bike. I am very grateful!

Cycle to work scheme bike through Balfes
Ordering process through cycle to work scheme a little disjointed.
Gears weren't adjusted correctly when I took the bike away so returned within minutes.
Staff in the shop incredibly helpful, communicative and knowledgeable. I was loathe to give 4 because of their outstanding performance but the other minor issues stopped me.
Overall a very good service, would recommend to anyone and will make this my go to bike shop from now on.

Great Service
great service from both the Kingston Shop and Gatwick Home delivery warehouse. Bought the Specialized Creo 2 Carbon great bike. Only reason didn't get 5 stars is because I had to phone for my refundable deposit which was caused by a glitch in their system.
