Brilliant in an emergency

Very disappointed
Very disappointed, because they told me to inspect the bike and repair should take 10 working days, but I was waiting for the whole month and also I had to ask for parts , which was missing, if I didn't mention it may never get it back.

Prompt and effective service
I came into the store with a challenge and the team addressed it promptly. When the work I needed done was completed, I raised a shopping need. The staff person directed me to the product he recommended, which was not the most expensive.

puncture repair
very attentive and worked with my requirements. But unfortunately after riding my bike for about 15 to 20mins my back wheel was not secured properly and I had a very close call to a incident, so not very happy 😢
