The staff were all really knowledgable
The staff were all really knowledgable, patient and helpful. Yaz spent a long time understanding my needs and making sure I got the correct products. Despite my lack of knowledge the staff all took the time to explain the answers to my many questions

Excellent customer service. As usual
Had to replace a lock with a Diamond rated one, the guy who helped me find the right lock,( I wish i knew his name), was brilliant. Ordered in a possibility and helped with the fitting.

poor online customer service
I ordered a hiplock online to receive confirmation it would be ready to collect in 4 days. On the 5th day I went into the shop to enquire only to be told it would take 2 weeks. I contacted customer services on day 16 to be told it was ready for collection. Only then did I receive a message from the shop it was ready to collect. Poor customer service

The team were super helpful in helping me pick out a bike that met my needs, getting everything ordered and built and setting me up to go! Everything was handled very professionally and smoothly!

Super helpful and knowledgeable.
There were a few issues with my bike, they talked them through really clearly and gave a reasonable quote and suggestions how to prioritize the work if I couldn't afford it in one go.

New bike required
New bike required - I knew roughly what I wanted and budget. At the shop they quickly assessed and identified potential options, evaluated them, made a recommended - which I accepted. All with good Q&A about what was / was not important and why etc.
