Football cake for my boyfriend's birthday exceeded expectations. The design was perfect and the chocolate sponge was rich and moist. Big hit!

Bakerdays recently made our wedding cake for us as well as 60 cupcakes. We weren’t too sure what we wanted, other than black and gold with our initials on the decorations. The girls designed our cake for us and they did a perfect job at capturing what we wanted. We were so pleased with the cake on the day, and we got a lot of compliments from our guests too! I would definitely recommend Bakerdays.

Wow!! I ordered a fruit wedding cake for my daughter’s wedding I was a bit unsure if I’d done the right thing but when it came it looked amazing and tasted even better so moist all the guests commented on it being so good. Will definitely be using them again.

I ordered a Golden wedding Anniversary cake with cupcakes for 90 guests, although I ordered it last minute it arrived perfectly on the day and it was so delicious and beautifully decorated I would highly recommend this company.

Ordered a cake at last minute Friday for Monday. Thought I had left it too late for birthday but got confirmation of order and delivery. Then got e mail from DHL to say they would be delivering (original said DPD). Morning of delivery sent a time slot went to docs and on return package through door. Excellent service and cake was delicious.

I ordered 21st birthday brownies for my Granddaughter who was away from home at Uni. They were perfect delivered on time and a lovely surprise for her.

My cake was ordered, dispatched & received in perfect condition and was exactly has I'd requested and delivered on day requested. Delivery company very polite and sent e-mail with time slot of expected delivery time. A bit more costly than other cakes but it was a special birthday.
Cake was very soft, tasty and fresh. 1st time ordered from company and would order again.

I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday and it came without the cake topper (which was the main reason we ordered from this site). I was then told I would get refunded for this topper and this was over 2 weeks ago and no refund received and they are now ignoring my emails. Extremely bad customer service..do not trust this company.

I recently ordered a cake to celebrate the retirement of a friend. I loved the picture on the cake featured on the website but wanted a slight alteration to the wording and his name added.
I received excellent customer service from Anna and Emily. The adjustments were duly made and the cake arrived on time and in perfect condition. My friend was delighted with the surprise and the cake was enjoyed by him and the bell ringers at Derby Cathedral. Thanks to everyone for such a beautiful cake. Janet

Recently ordered a personalised cake for my husband's 60th birthday. Luckily, I arranged delivery two days before the party. The DHL driver got the box out of his van then turned it on it's side to carry it.
I told him that there were cakes in the box and he immediately turned it right side up again. The GF cupcakes were intact, as was the large box the main cake arrived in. The outer box had a large rip in one side of it.
On opening, the main cake was damaged and had slid off the cake board. The icing was cracked and missing in some areas. This damage only happened because of the way the box had been handled by DHL.
I emailed images to Bakerdays and was called back by Anna within minutes. She instantly offered to replace the cake and would ensure it is with me by 12.30pm on the day of the party.
This is the second time I've used Bakerdays and would not hesitate to use them again. The cakes they produce are excellent. They both look and taste great.

Had to chase for updates of my order, it arrived on time and only damage was to the very bottom of the front where it has slide to the edge of the base but it was easily fixed. Other thing I had an issue with was, I ordered rich chocolate chip, I recieved a full chocolate cake with no chocolate chips in. The cake was for a 1 year old and chocolate contains caffeine naturally hense why I only wanted chocolate chips ! None the less, the cake was nice, but I wouldn't use this company again.

Ordered a cake but it didn't arrive on the due date, the day before the birthday. They don't answer the phones so I can't speak to anyone to find out what's happen with the order. I've emailed and left a voicemail but not had a response.

Ordered a cake on 23rd jan for my birthday on 12th Feb, only the cup came on the 25th Jan, that was ordered with the cake so they say as a gesture of goodwill they would send a cake on the date requested but no show. They wont answer the phone nor call back nor do they answer emails. Poor poor customer service, they should be ashamed. Ive been left out of pocket so maybe this is how they scam customers!
