Bailey of Sheffield Anmeldelser

An excellent bracelet and the service provided by Adele was excellent too. A pleasure doing business with a British company. What makes these bracelets so good is there uniqueness. High quality what you would expect from a British company.

Product made in Sheffield, quality Sheffield steel , excellent service

Excellent communication. Bought bracelet as Christmas present and they speeded up the delivery to arrive before holidays. Excellent quality item.. Nearly lost as did not tighten small screws as advised after a couple of months wear! It's not going anywhere now! Looks so good and will last forever. Thanks

I’d been considering a Bailey for a while. I love the simplicity of the stainless steel cable. Ordering was easy with clear guidance on sizing, something I’d notice was missing from others especially for larger sizes. Delivery was quick and efficient. Quality is excellent as I’d expect from made in Sheffield items.

Item perfect delivery spot on

A+++ service from bailey of sheffield, ordered 2 different bracelets from them over the last 12 months for retirees at work.

Adele has been great both times, spoke about all the options available, gone above and beyond with everything, delivered exactly what we were looking for.

Thank you

Not the Best the driver had left my expensive purchase on doorstep in full public view and claimed that i had received and signed for it.
Dear Adele apologies for the 1 star review as I assumed 'Truspilot' was the ones who delivered the item and as I stated in a previous email I do not blame Bailey's for what happened blame lies solely on the delivery service as I have made an error I will correct the star review to acceptable but also not the best delivery service that could have been received.
Kind regards Nathan.

Ive made 2 orders, first order was a fully loaded bracelet, supposed to be signed for on delivery, it was left in a plant pot, so no idea who signed for it.

Second order i ordered some extra beads, they were supposed to be here yesterday, but delivery was delayed, supposed to be delivered next working day but still heard nothing from the delivery company and dont know where my order is.

Going to chase it up now.

The product that has been delivered is great, exactly what i wanted. Sadley the delivery service has let the company down.

Excellent quality bracelet and service is spot on nothing is too much for them sent back for a repair( human error) and returned back a few days later all fixed would definitely recommend Scott and Adele

Fantastic bracelet and very well made. Well present box and all the extras like milled screwdriver make it a special product. That impressed i purchased a second to gift to someone.

Highly recommend and a unique piece that's going to last

I have bought several items from Bailey over the years and they have all been exceptional quality and hard wearing. This time I have bought a smiley bead necklace, another super bit of Sheffield stainless steel jewelry.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and quality product I would definitely recommend purchasing from here keep Sheffield steel going.

The ease of order was fantastic, and I'm sure my daughter will love the bracelet.

Very happy and a 1st class service

Exceptionally brilliant customer service and fantastically made jewellery - I have a bracelet full of beads and a necklace. I cannot recommend this business more, not only is it a British made production line and service but they are the epitome of buying local regardless of where you live. No request is too much and the quality of the jewellery is top notch.

excellent product

Fabulous bracelet . I purchased with a memorial bead for my brother - it’s perfect . The quality is amazing and so is the packaging. Correspondence was also excellent

Finally got a chance to write a review for this great brand and owners.. started following on social media 10 years ago and finally got to meet the people behind the brand last November and spent a long time chatting and finally ordered. Personal service and treated you like a friend more than a customer. And as for the product, exceptional quality and a really attention grabber.

Amazing experience as always from bailey of sheffield. We had issues with the courier and Adele stepped in, and got redelivered in 24 hours. Will always use Bailey Of Sheffield and highly recommend their products

From the very beginning, the service was outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend their products and services to anyone looking to make a purchase.
