Besvarelse fra Baidulinkdownloader
Greetings Aiden,
We’re sorry to hear about the issue you experienced with the file. We understand how frustrating it can be when a downloaded file cannot be opened.
Please note that our service downloads and delivers the files exactly as they are provided through the original share link. We do not modify, encrypt, alter, or apply any restrictions to the files during the download process. Therefore, if the file is encrypted, password-protected, corrupted, or requires specific software or credentials to open, the issue originates from the original file or its author rather than from our download service.
We recommend contacting the author of the original share link for assistance with accessing the file.
That said, if you encounter a similar issue in the future, please reach out to us through our live chat before contacting the author. We’ll be happy to investigate the issue and, where possible, assist you in reaching out to the original file author for further clarification.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding
No complaints. Pls have purchase history function.
Speed of download is good. Customer Service through live chat was great. They provided me a breakdown of the price and reassured me that download will be ready in a few hours. I had to pay about $6 for about 5GB of file and around $200+ for 400+GB file and once completed, it was sent through Google drive. I suggest they have "purchase history" function so we can keep records of our purchase and it's details.

Thank you so much for your detailed review and for trusting Baidu Link Downloader.
We're delighted to hear that you were happy with both the download speed and the support you received through our live chat. Providing clear pricing, transparent communication, and reliable delivery are priorities for us, so it's great to know your experience reflected that.
We also appreciate your suggestion about adding a Purchase History feature. Thanks to feedback like yours, we've now implemented it! You can view your complete purchase history, access your payment details, and download PDF receipts directly from your dashboard.
Your feedback helps us continue improving the service, and we're grateful you took the time to share it. We look forward to serving you again whenever you need us.
Best regards,
The Baidu Link Downloader Team
Works as advertised.
I was pleasantly surprised. I needed to download a single 3GB file and got a working download link in less than an hour! 2 dollars is a bit steep for a single file but if you need multiple the monthly plan is at least kinda fair i think.

Good communication + the ability to select specific files
I highly recommend them—they respond very quickly via chat. They can even help you choose specific files; you don’t have to download the entire collection. The conversation was pleasant, and the results were great.
